“I was not at all impressed with this company. As a matter of fact they upset me very much. My fiancé picked one ring from their site and I ordered it for him, one that he really liked. A couple of days later I got a call from the company saying that they no longer carried that ring. They said we could either pick another ring or they could send us a refund. So we looked through the rings on the sight again and found another and ordered it. After 4 weeks and not receiving the ring or seeing any emails I emailed the company and they replied that they were having problems with the production of the ring and it would be ready in two more weeks. Two more weeks came and went and I still did not see the ring or get any emails on it. I had to email them again. My wedding date is on August 8th. After emailing them again I got another reply stating again that they were still having production problems and that the ring SHOULD be ready for shipping by August 1st and they would ship it next day air. My wedding date was closing in was being told me the ring "should be ready by August 1st"?! August first came and I was on the phone with them first thing. It was a Friday, they checked on it and told me finally that it was ready and they would ship it out. No Saturday delivery though, I had to wait until Monday. But I did receive the ring finally on that Monday. The only reason that I gave it one star even is because the ring is beautiful. But the stress that this company put me through from the very beginning with not having the ring my fiancé really wanted to not getting the second ring I ordered for over two months and the lack of communication from them made them receive a very poor rating from me. I do not recommend this company, I will never order from them again.”

“I ordered tungsten carbide ring in the classic design and it is fantastic. It is very shiny and fits perfectly. The comfort fit band is very comfortable to wear. I love the ring, you couldn't ask for better material and craftsmanship.”

“order procedure was fine as was the customer support. Only thing I didn't like was my credit card was charged immediately and my ring was not shipped for almost a week later.”

“It was fantastic. They look and feel great. They're beautiful. The picture isn't really what it looks like meaning the colors are mostly blue and yellow but theres still a bit of pink and purple. But that still works for me. Fits well for me, I haven't given it to my girlfriend yet. But it was sent fast and looks amazing very happy.\n”
