“i have already recommended your site to others, hopefully they will listen to my wise words. The order process was easy, plenty of choices, relatively smooth to go through various options and pages. One of my favorite things about your site in general, is that the prices were lower than the ones on the original sites of the Designers.”

“Order processing was simple. However it took too long to hear a status of my order - whether it was being shipped, back ordered, being packaged, etc. would have been 5 stars if I received email updates about the pending status prior to shipment. Between order placement and next status update was ~ 4-5 days.”

“Great ring and a good price. The only thing I might recommend is maybe more communication as to the status of the order but I got it within the 2-4 week period to I can't complain.”

“Easy to order and the quality of the jewelry was high, as expected. Very satisfied with the service. \n\nAlso, I don't mind leaving feedback for the company but I would like the option to opt-out of having my review published on the website. Regardless of my email not being made public, I don't want my name in any regards published. I am a professional and this is not professional.”

“I have no suggestions. The transaction was as smmoth as it could possibly be. The item was as specified and pictured, the shipping was prompt and I received good notifications. I give the experience very high marks.”

“Excellent customer service. \n\nI bought the Heavy Stone Rings Williams Cobalt Chrome Ring and the ring was slightly too small but I exchanged it hassle free. Customer service worked with me the whole time to make sure I was happy with my order. \n\nI will definitely shop here again and will recommend to friends.”

“The ring itself is gorgeous! Well done!\n\nThe only thing I can think of Is, it would have been nice to have gotten notification that the ring was available, then notification that it was shipped and on its way. All I could see was that it was on order.\n\nBeyond that, I love the ring!”

“I had ordered a ring for my fiancé online and was worried about it coming in time for the wedding. I called the store and spoke to a salesman. He checked my shipment immediately, called me back in five minutes, and assured me the ring would arrive on time. And it did! Very satisfied with the whole process.”
