“Great quality, quick delivery, and ease of ordering were most important to me and they were spot on. I had ordered matching rainbow wedding bands 4 years ago that we both still wear on a daily bsiss. They still look great and we receive many compliments so I thought this purchase would enhance them. “Not only is my husbands ring beautiful, but the company/designers are purely amazing to work with. We had the piece we purchased break bc of our own error and titanium jewlers is such an amazing company they fixed the piece for us at no charge other than shipping. “I had to do 2 returns to get the right size. Not the fault of the store at all. However some guidance about the fit might have helped, We used a ring sizer at a jewelry store for initial sizing, but the style of the ring - convex against the finger makes it fit a bit differently. They were accommodating in handling the exchanges but the shipping was slow and I thought pricey. Very happy with the product - a titanium ring.”

“Overall I was pleased with the service as well as being notified that the rings were shipped. The only thing that can be worked on would be the engraving. It looked a lot smaller even though there was room to write bigger. The other thing is that one of the names they left out a letter and since they were wedding bands I did not have time to take care of this before the wedding. I checked the receipt and it was spelled correctly, if more attention can be paid that would be great. Other than that we were pleased with the rings.”
