“Such quick delivery and good value compared to other companies. However, I've now tried to contact them 3 times now by their contact form as I was charged the £25 rest of the world delivery, even though being delivered to the uk. I phoned yesterday but no answer so as to date, I'm still trying to get a reply. I would have hoped they would have realised this error when they received the order and sorted it out then by refunding it or by contacting me. such a shame as this is the first problem I've had with this company.”

“I made my order on 10/05/16 and I still have not received my order. This is the second time s delivery has taken longer than expected to arrive. I don't believe this is 'average' behaviour for deliveries so I'd rate it as 'poor'.”
