“I have been ordering from this website for a few years now and in the past the products used to be beautifully packed with free samples. Unfortunately this is not the case any longer. Products are still good but personal touch is missing.”

“I am very happy with the efficiency of "tomeloveme". My orders arrive very quickly, and even when I requested samples, they arrived too. But, About a year ago I decided to spend a bit more money and try one of the idebenone complexes. Unfortunately the product stained not only my face and my clothes, but also all my pillow cases and towels. When I called up to ask if this was to be expected, all that I was told was, I shouldn't use so much of the product. Well, I tried using less and less, until I was hardly using anything, but still everything was stained. Because the product had cost almost a hundred pounds I would have appreciated a little more concern. I asked if I could send it back to them, in case it was faulty, but was told wasn't possible?!? The product sat in my cupboard for months, until finally I threw it away because I realized it wasn't doing my skin any good sitting in the cupboard, and the people who sent it to me weren't interested in my returning it. Apart from that, the day to day AHA products that I use are great, and as I said the service tomeloveme offer is very efficient”
