“Order received quickly. When I processed the order online, I didn't put the 10% discount in correctly, but a quick phone call and this was immediately rectified, thank you. One thing I would suggest is that delivery instructions should be put on the outside of the parcel. I had put 'if no one in, please leave in front porch'. This was not on the package so the delivery person stuffed it through the letter box, resulting in a crushed box. Had the product been ordered as a gift, I would have not been too happy, but as it was for myself, it was not a real problem.”

“I have always given this site 5 stars and that certainly remains for the quickness of delivery. I have used this site for many years and have always found the prices to be so reasonable. However, now the prices seem to be back to beauty therapists prices and consequently one can purchase the same thing at the same price immediately.”

“Always received products promptly. Had a problem in the past with one of my products so I sent 'To me Love me' an email explaining. They replied promptly and sent me a replacement product. That's what I call a good service which doesn't happen that often these days. Only thing I would say is it would be nice to receive a discount voucher sometimes for being a loyal customer which doesn't happen.”

“Always prompt delivery, only criticism would be that I don't get a confirmation email after I've submitted my order. I find this unusual as most online orders send a confirmation as standard”

“Items came very quickly but the outer package was damage and so were the boxes inside containing my lotions and creams but no harm to the bottles which was lucky.”

“Great service, good price, great products. Marketing a bit misleading as can make it look like products are on special offer when In fact it is the usual price. Still best price I have found for the stuff I get.”

“This Priori facial cleanser has dramatically cleared my problematic skin. After using the Liz Earle range which started having no impact on my skin, I tried Priori which was recommended to me. I used to have a lot of hormonal comedones on my face that I couldn't get rid of. This cleanser has helped prevent these and has smoothened out my skin. The cleanser is drying so it definitely should be followed by a moisturiser. My only concern is the long term effects of using this product. As it is so effective, its chemical components i.e. glycolic acid, are strong and I am worried about my facial skin thining due to this.”

“Tomeloveme is a good website for all Priori products, I have used them for quite a few years. However, in the last year or so I was aware that the presentation of the parcels was not as good as it used to be. There was a very personal service. I had cause to ring up more recently about a product and was answered by a quite unhelpful man. I quickly realised that the personal service from a few years ago had gone and had been replaced with people who answer the phone. I still use Tomeloveme as their prices are very good, however sad to see that it has clearly been sold to a 'phone answering company'. If you are looking for advise, then forget it....you need to know your products first.”
