Order received quickly. When I processed the order online, I didn't put the 10% discount in correctly, but a quick phone call and this was immediately rectified, thank you. One thing I would suggest is that delivery instructions should be put on the outside of the parcel. I had put 'if no one in, please leave in front porch'. This was not on the package so the delivery person stuffed it through the letter box, resulting in a crushed box. Had the product been ordered as a gift, I would have not been too happy, but as it was for myself, it was not a real problem.
