“The first time the order was shipped, it was missing one of the items and one of the items was the wrong size but they were quick to rectify and all items are now perfect!”

“I got a large and I am 5’8 and 170lbs It fits very well although it is a little long and I am taller too. Having the straps that can tighten and loosen works well because I am on the smaller side for my chest so it nice I can tighten so it fits great”

“Hi, I returned items via USPS on 1/20/2022. I returned clothing for another brand as well and it was received and processed almost immediately which is why I’m a little concerned with my Tobi return.”

“The fabric is lovely and the fit is nice but the dress has so weird quirks that seem like a result of cheap production that I didn't love, so I'm sending it back.”

“I ordered a beautiful maxi dress that unfortunately didn't fit. I went to return it, and the return label provided had MY address as the "receiver" and the TOBI address as the "sender" on the label. I e-mailed customer care but never received a response, so I have to keep the item and will not even receive the store credit. Will not buy from TOBI in the future due to poor customer service and response time.”

“Does not look like the picture. Tried to return it but the return label has my name and address as the address so it would be sent back to me. Tried to contact the company but they only have an email and will not respond. Will have to pay to return the item.”
