I returned items via USPS on 1/20/2022. I returned clothing for another brand as well and it was received and processed almost immediately which is why I’m a little concerned with my Tobi return.”
“The fabric is lovely and the fit is nice but the dress has so weird quirks that seem like a result of cheap production that I didn't love, so I'm sending it back.”
“I ordered a beautiful maxi dress that unfortunately didn't fit. I went to return it, and the return label provided had MY address as the "receiver" and the TOBI address as the "sender" on the label. I e-mailed customer care but never received a response, so I have to keep the item and will not even receive the store credit. Will not buy from TOBI in the future due to poor customer service and response time.”
