“Using credit to check out from a previous return was difficult. There should be clear instructions online as I had to contact tobihelp.”

“I did have an issue with my order being placed twice, but Tobi did help me resolve this! I used a discount code which when I checked out, it said it did not take my code. So I removed it, placed my order again and then found out that both of my orders went through. I was worried I would not be able to get a refund with their store credit policy. I sent an e-mail asking for one of my orders to be cancelled, which was never responded to. But my second e-mail was responded to right away and I was able to get a full refund on the second order. So everything turned out ok and Tobi was very helpful! Just took a few tries! And having a phone number to call would be very helpful in cases like this.”

“Hi, I returned items via USPS on 1/20/2022. I returned clothing for another brand as well and it was received and processed almost immediately which is why I’m a little concerned with my Tobi return.”

“Shipping is fast, the prices are good when there's a sale. I wish there were more reviews on the site so it would be easier for people to decided on dresses based on other people's measurements and how the clothes fit.”

“My experience with Tobi was a positive one. I received my order on time and in good condition. It didn't end up fitting quite right so I sent it back but that wouldn't discourage me from ordering from this site again.”
