“You should be able to refund people with their method of payment. This is literally stopping me from purchasing 3 other dresses because I'm afraid they wont fit my body type and i will have essentially lost hundreds off dollars in my bank that is just sitting as store credit.”

“The dress was at least a foot longer than it needed to be. I tried to return it, but the return policy is very short. I have never worn it and I simply want to exchange it for another size, but the return has expired”

“I've shopped here since 2014, maybe 2013. And I always say, that I wish there were more size inclusion. For example, noticed the XL size under the "New Arrival" tab has always been SEVERELY small and does not have nearly as many options as other sizes such as the M or L. This happens without fail and discourages me from shopping most times.”
