The price is well worth what you get for it ! There is full size snacks in the box that I would never be able to try if I didn’t get this box ! I love the wide variety and I love the element of surprise. Keeps you looking forward to the next box. I’m very happy with my subscription

It was a little expensive, but definitely worth it! It’s a great way for foreigners to try out different foods, especially ones they can’t get at their local stores. The snacks are very good, and the delivery is fast.

I was informed that I will not get a refund, I just have to wait and then they blame covid again for the back log when my has dropped our high lockdown levels all the way back in September, which is why I placed the order.

I wrote to them the day after the money got taken on my credit card and they replied that they couldn’t refund any money because the box got charged for this month.

Very unflexible and stubborn, they want to charge >10 USD extra shipping and refuse to refund. Scammy, first charge a clear price, then ask for more money otherwise no shipping of boxes. In addition of automatic subscription renewal. Very annoying, would not buy from them any more. Sorry cannot recommend.

Over two year’s ago, I lost all respect for Tokyo Treat. But after signing up with them again, I am so impressed with how their service has improved. My newest box was shipped on 01/11/2021. And I just got the box as of today, 01/14/2021. That is nice, and the treats are even better than when I was a member before. Especially with the Kit Kats, love all the different flavors.

I received the January 2021 package within a few weeks right on time for when I wanted it. The snack are all delicious and I could eat all of them when I can't have certain ingredients. In the future can TokyoTreat please include an ingredients list in English so I don't have to open up visual translate. Thankyou for the efficient service and I would like to purchase more in the future.
