“Onze tolk Mariateresa was fantastisch. Ze heeft ons bijgestaan bij het tekenen van de hypotheekakte en leveringsakte voor onze nieuwe woning bij de notaris. Plannen van de afspraak en de boeking ging via het portaal, en daarna via de notaris zelf die haar de stukken had doorgestuurd. Voor herhaling vatbaar.”

“This was my first experience using the Tolk2Go platform. The process of locating an interpreter for my appointment was straightforward. Ms. Annette Ramershoven was responsive and prepared for the scheduled meeting. She communicated in a timely manner during preparation and addressed the specified requirements in the translation. Ms. Annette Ramershoven arrived on time for the final appointment and assisted with the foreign language discussion. We intend to use the services of T2G and Ms. Annette Ramershoven for future needs.”

“The service was good but extremelly expensive, is difficult to know how long the sessions where translation is required will last, at the end we paid +450EUR for a 30 minute translation.”

Thank you for your explanation. We completely understand that it can be difficult to estimate in advance how much time you'll need. Many of our clients choose to book a bit more time just to be safe. At the same time, our interpreters reserve the entire booked time specifically for your appointment. Even if the session ends up being shorter, they are unable to take on other assignments during that time. That’s why we always base the billing on the time that was booked — this is also clearly stated on our website and in the emails you received. “Cliënten zijn zeer tevreden en daar gaat het om; ze heeft een goed tempo, kan alles wat besproken wordt bijhouden; schrijft mee als het wat langer duurt en vertaalt dan. Uitstekende Tolk. Is ook zeer op tijd in tegenstelling tot de tolk voor de tegenpartij die later (te laat) was. Ze zorgt ervoor dat ze ruim op tijd aanwezig is.”
