“Ordering was easy but unfortunately this item took three weeks to arrive. From tracking it, I could see that it went back and forth between Sydney and Melbourne twice. Not the fault of Tom & Teddy obviously but Australia Post.”
“Overall, I think it’s overpriced. You can get the same quality shorts for a lower price.
In terms of packaging, looks great from a distance, however, as you open it you can feel the box is quite flimsy.
I also requested a personalised note for Father’s Day, but this was not included. Don’t mind paying higher for a certain product/service, but if you’re going to charge a lot, get it right.
Overall, customer service, packaging, product is not value for money.”
