“Excellent toner and well worth the wait. In the future, do not use FedEx to ship. I can understand the Mother's Day delays but in tracking the shipment, I do not understand how my package went from Sparks, Nevada to Sacramento, CA, then Colorado, then Stockton, CA then finally to me in Oroville. Next time, please consider shipping UPS. None of my packages were delayed. As a business, one can't function without toner and delays just worsen the problem.”

“I had never ordered from TLC before, but my local supplier did not have the toner I needed. I ordered based on their positive reviews (I checked other online vendors and found reviews that worried me, so I avoided them). I am very pleased with TLC - extremely fast shipping with a competitive product price - I have no complaints. I will order from TLC again.”
