“The toner ordered was shipped quickly. Unfortunately, Fed Ex held the delivery for three days. Will definitely order again from TLC with the hope that Fed Ex delivers as anticipated.”

“My toner cartridges are very expensive so I usually scour the Internet for the best deal on OEM parts. I found the best deal by far at TLC. Then I noticed the bonus of flat-rate shipping! To top it all off, I received my shipment within a few days of placing my order. Will definitely be back!”
