“When I needed a toner cartridge overnight, a new one that I hadn't ordered before because we had just gotten a new desktop printer, I received a call from TLC to help me ensure that I was ordering the right cartridge. In the sometimes confusing world of printers and their cartridges, I really appreciate this gesture of customer appreciation and service. And my toner cartridge was delivered the next morning, as promised!”
