We purchased a makita Lawnmower 7 months ago with 12 months warranty . One of the wheels fell off yesterday. While cutting the lawn I contacted Toolden who told me to email makita. Makita emailed saying it was under warranty . Makita have said a courier will be coming out to collect it tomorrow but it will need boxing up . With had it 7 months so don’t have the box . I rang toolden customer survive who told me to go to a local A shop and ask for a car board Box . Not happy at all and won’t be using again . Be careful people when purchasing off toolden ltd

I am utterly disgusted with this company. Their customer service was fine, Until I needed to return an item bought online. They have been an utter nightmare to deal with and seem to have no concept of customer care, repeat business or customer reviews. Any decent company would just let me return the item for a full refund, ESPECIALLY as I sent a screenshot proving it was incorrectly described! I've spent hours trying to get someone to help and have now had to involve the bank. After my experience I'd NEVER use them again nor could I recommend them to anyone else

Purchased a Nail gun which stopped working, it’s now been almost a month and I’ve not had a refund or a replacement, one of the most useless companies and poor customer service I have ever experienced. I’ve also constantly had to chase, not once have I been updated. Avoid this terrible company

Missing two power tools even though it was a bundle buy Also missing drill bits till 1 month later Received my missing tools 1 week after receiving first lot so had to postpone jobs because I didn’t have the tools to do it Embarrassing really Only finally got a response after emailing admin and to be fair admin were good but still shouldn’t have to do that

Faulty Item - No replacements given to customers Tool arrived with fault. (Dewalt) I had the tool a few days but this was the first use. Toolden refused to send replacement saying THEY NEVER REPLACE FAULTY TOOLS. The item has to be sent back to be repaired even though its BRAND NEW. The staff were ignorant, rude and had no consideration or understanding of consumer rights. As far as they are concerned their terms and conditions are law. Dreadful service leaving me without a brand new tool I paid for. I have no idea when it will be returned. Terrible company - stay with the professional tool suppliers who give a knowledgeable backup.
