The vehicle was just fine - a brand new VW with enough room for 5. Thank you for that! I would have given a 5 star review except: 1. I had to call customer service in the middle of the night and got no response for over 2 hours. I had a flat tire in the middle of the night in a town where the company allegedly has an office (Balchik) and I needed assistance because the car didn't have a spare. My phone is a US cell phone and I spent almost half an hour (about $18 in roaming and international charges) waiting for someone to answer my call. Eventually I borrowed a local cell phone and spoke to a lady who explained that she was the only one in charge of responding to customer calls despite the fact that the company operates over 2000 vehicles (!@$^#%$#@)!!! It would not have been any different if I had purchased the full coverage insurance: there was just one employee answering many, many calls. In the end I lost a full day of my vacation dealing with car repairs and tires. To the company: deploy a call center software that rolls calls to standby service reps. Feel free to reach out to me if you have any questions. 2. Finally, the guy who checked the car at the airport asked for 6 lv ($4) to "help me" because I did not use a special keycard to enter the rental car return parking... that was when my plane was about to start boarding... To the company: figure out your receiving process. I am not familiar with your arrangements with the airport authorities and I shouldn't be. And a guy at the vehicle drop off cannot hold me hostage, especially if nobody told me anything about any special rules.
