“I ordered these really cute flare jeans and was so excited to wear them. They arrived quickly so I was really happy until I tried them on. I ordered a W26 L32 because that’s what size I am in general. The size is ridiculous! They fit but are tight on my thighs and are giving me the worst camel toe ive ever experienced. Topshop need to sort out their sizing as it is so unrealistic and deceiving.”
“Delivery prices are ridiculous (£3 to get a dress delivered to the Topshop store a 45 second walk from my office, but £6 to get it delivered to my office).
Also really bad organisation of delivery, as when I went to pick up my delivery after having received a confirmation email of its arrival, no one could find it in the store. Had to ring customer service, who were also quite useless, and go back again and insist they searched the store. 15 mins later, they found it. All for the dress to be damaged when I opened it....sending it straight back and not asking for an exchange.”
“I was advised by one store to go to another to purchase a specific item they supposedly had in stock upon arrival they informed they did not have it there and would order it to the original store I had tried as closer to home for me
On the date and time advised to collect was rudely greeted when entering Brixton store to find they hadn't had my delivery and still would not receive for another 4 days despite the fact of me paying £10 for delivery I then cancelled the order and was advised that I could not receive a cash refund as the previous store had transferred by cash onto store card for ease of collection from another store
I then waited 2 weeks until free next day delivery online and managed to resolve the issue myself this should not be the customers responsibility and disappointed by lack of help by delegates in store as well as head office over the phone created more problems than solved not good enough”
“I was very disappointed with the customer service delivered in Topshop today. As soon as I walked through the door I was questioned by a member of staff if I needed any help with anything and I must add that there was a very negative tone to their voice. I found this as being bad time management as i only walked through the door! Staff need more training on when to approach a customer.”
