“Given all the reviews regarding Topshop and how they are processing orders and refunds (or not as the case maybe), I felt I had to write a review of my own personal experience.
I placed two orders recently, one arrived within two days the other was delayed but it did arrive and I received an email apologising for the delay. I subsequently had to send two items back. I have just received a confirmation email to say that the refund of one of my items has been processed and confirmation via Paypal of a refund. The other item, I only returned this week so will have to wait and see on that one, but hopefully there will once again not be an issue.
For me I have not had a problem with my orders, communication from Topshop and subsequent refund. Can't fault the service I have received. Thanks.”

“Whilst visiting the Dundee store on Sunday I was met by staff Katie and informed there was a promo on, she advised me as things were not being advertised it was on in store, other staff were making people aware through this girls advice, very pleasant and simply took leadership to advise of the issue but not let customers lose out.
What a lovely thing to do I bought more that expected due to the promo. I know she had issues but made it work for all.

“Saturday 6th July I was in Topshop Donegal Square. The shop assistant in the fitting rooms upstairs around 1-2pm called Amy (short local girl) went above and beyond to offer an excellent level of customer service . She couldn’t have been more helpful in finding sizes and giving me feedback on my outfits.”
“I just purchased the knot jumpsuit in black linen cotton this is the most pratical jumpsuit I have come across as you can alter the length without touching the trouser hem you just adjust the knot this is such a good idea especially if you are short like me, and with no fastenings, eg zip or buttons easy to get off especially if you are in a hurry for the loo.
I am older so I also purchased some tops to wear under jumpsuit”

Great service, fast delivery. FAB DRESS. I am wearing this to a very nice wedding in the French countryside. It fits perfectly for my height and shape 1.73m/5'8'' and pear shape. It's super feminine and elegant enough to wear with jewelry, hat and lovely shoes, of just about any colour, as it's floral/multi. Nice fabric, just the right weight for June.
