“I special ordered this t-shirt to give to Gary Lewis of the 60's group Gary Lewis and the Playboys, who I was going to see perform. He has dogs and he seems to like to wear dog-related t-shirts, so I had this one made. I think he liked it. I'm glad I did it. The only thing was that I wish the wait time was less, and that if I want it a little earlier than the due date, $10 extra seems a bit high.”

“Had a custom hoodie made. They made it and shipped it out so quickly. Hoodie turned out exactly as designed. Recipient loved it. Great service and responsiveness to questions. Also bought a few tees, which were great, but the women's XL was very small for a XL.”

“Great fabric. Small seems to run smaller than. I thought it was men's size but when I tried it, it's a little tight and same with the hoodie too.. beautiful and good quality printing.”

“When I picked up my first order from them there were 2 shirts in the bag, when I ordered 1. They said they messed up the printing of first shirt and reprinted it. I got the bad shirt along with the good one at no extra cost. And, I couldn’t find anything wrong with either of them. When I reordered the design in a different size I was amazed at how easy that was. My first order was on file so basically I just picked a different size and make the payment. I’ll get more printed from these guys and recommend them.”

“The shirt arrived very quickly both times I have ordered and the shirt quality is great. The second time I ordered there was a small ripple on the bottom corner of the print, would have complained if in a more noticeable spot. Otherwsie great experience”

“order turned out great! Joe was able to produce our tees with a fast turn around time with prompt responses to questions via email and phone. Only issue was we got an excess of size smalls instead of XS, but he informed us of this beforehand, which we appreciated (this was more of a supplier error I believe). Thanks a bunch!”

“Hoodie printing was great quality, but the sizes were smaller than we expected, even with the sizing chart. Would recommend ordering one size up.”

“Service was great , good advice before printing. My only hesitation in the future is price point. It seemed a little too high for me. I understand I got 1 t-shirt and there’s a set up etc. But $34 + tax is cray. I would be more comfortable paying $25 - $30 all in. Just some thoughts.”

“I loved the T-Shirt and my boyfriend loved it, thank you. I will say I went online I did it because I was hoping it would make the process quicker and I barely had any to make it down to the store and I was hoping I would just show up pick it up and then leave. I was thrown when I showed up and then had to wait until 12 to be able to get into the shop and then I still had to wait for the shirt to be printed, I also ordered the shirt in black but the guy in the shop said he'd rather do it on white because it would look better I didn't have time to debate so I just said ok as I need to get back to work quickly. It all worked out in the end but I just assumed that the online process would make things quicker”

“Have had multiple shirts made at Toronto Tees - excellent quality. Only downside would be the wait in the store to pick up he shirt. Since it’s printed on the spot, and only one person was working, it took 20 minutes to get it done. Maybe you could have an option to pay online in advance and then pre-print the shirts so they are ready for pickup?”

“Customer service is absolutely great, I loved it! Very fast and comprehensive service. The only thing that threw me off with the order was that in your video it clearly shows that a vinyl decal is used to print, weed out and pressed to the t-shirts, which justifies the cost, in my opinion. However in my case this was simply printed on my t-shirt and pressed, so no vinyl, which makes the offer less valuable, because it won't last as long, and I was hoping for quality, since this is my product that I use for advertising. Suggestion - clarify this information on your website, so people could see before they order.”

Thanks for your comments. Vinyl is great for one colour lettering, but for multicoloured prints we use DTG, that is what you got. It is just as durable as vinyl.

“Fast turnaround if you’re looking for a shirt or two in a pinch. Friendly customer service. The online design tool was easy to use, and finished product looked as expected. A bit pricey for what you get, but you’re trading off for the speed of getting the product in your hand. The only thing I would look for is more selection in available clothing to print on. For example some nicer feeling shirts, for anything you want to keep. The Gildan ones available weren’t the softest.”

“The product was as advertised. It arrived next day. I wish there was regular shipping through Canada Post. They had only one form of shipping which was express and through Purolator and Purolator is not the greatest for apartment buildings. They have few and far between pick up stations if they cannot deliver.”
