No idea about customer rights. Waited for over a year to only be told they had sent the item, but kept no records of dispatch. It’s the responsibility of any retailer to supply the order. Not fob the customer off on a lie. The sellers responsibility to follow up with the courier to investigate a missing parcel. Not say ‘well we sent it and will not refund you’. Utter awful attitude. No idea how this company exists with service like this. The images show their poor attitude and generic response. My purchase was with toqren, not their suppliers. Who cares about their supplier chain. It’s their job to ensure they can maintain accurate shipping records and details of their so called ‘update’ which never materialised.

Ordered the in stock bumper support brackets for my daughter’s car, in the end it took 3 months for them to arrive. When I called the customer services, they were just rude. I will not order from this company again and advise you avoid them.

Ive ordered a few parts from this company and nothing gets delivered, ever. Just total silence as days turn into weeks and weeks turn into months, Spring turns into Summer. Customer service? You're having a laugh.

They sent the wrong item. So I returned it and was promised a refund which never came. 5 weeks later had to raise a payment dispute with bank to get the money back. Won't be using them again.

Ordered some Eibach springs on their website for £306. They contact me to say the item was discontinued, but they have done some 'magic' and find some in the back bit it would be another £108 more than I paid to which I declined and asked for a refund. 1 week later no refund and now radio silence. PayPal dispute raised. Avoid this company, what a joke!!!!

Where to start... Order made in March, I received my package on August 05, 5 months later!!! And it does not stop there, to receive the package I had to contact UPS because they did not have the invoice to clear the shipment. Cherry on the cake, I open the package and an item for which I paid taxes is missing. I contact Torqen, they tell me ok we will refund you, but to date still nothing... They are scammers and liars I really advise against ordering on this site. I will keep fighting until I get my refund.

Ordered Nissan parts 18/5, chased by email and phone six times but told load of rubbish and excuses by "Koz" 2nd part coming Friday, all here now shipped next Friday blah blah now 26/6 still nothing received. Total waste of my time for parts I could have got at dealer next day service - BEWARE AWFUL CUSTOMER SERVICE AND DISHONEST. Had to get a refund from Paypal shame on you!

Adrian is a very nasty person, he insulted my wife after she phoned up to complain about items not received. He is a very rude man who needs to pull his manner’s from out of the gutter.

Firstly i must say, they are very responsive at taking your money. I placed an order around midnight and Adrian (the owner) managed to personally respond very rapidly, sending me a custom email with custom shipping costs. The items were paid for moments after the request was made, and then the trouble begins. First, they dont stock items that they list nor do they regularly check the availability of them, as one my items had been discontinued. Adrian explains and offers to replace my item with something he says is similar, but is in stock. My other items had to be ordered in by them. A week to two weeks later I receive my delivery and the item he has replaced it with is not anything like we discussed or I had ordered. Upon trying to return the item I'm greeted with great difficulty, they first try to persuade me to keep it, telling me it's better than what I ordered. Then when I persist in asking for a return address they tell me they are in no rush to receive it and it's not priority. A week after chasing this up, being given excuse after excuse I finally get a return address. They requested the item is insured when returned, but later refuse to cover shiping costs. Once they receive the item, I'm told they they can actually possibly source what I was after. A week to 2 weeks goes by and i ask for an update I'm met with more rude remarks from "it's now 5:56 it to late to deal with you" and "its 8:59 we arent open until 9:00" and "I need to get a hobbie" and "it's not like you need this part, your cars not off the road" to "the manager who deals with this is away" which over the course of the past 2 months have become very familiar responses. I ask for a full refund, which at first refused by them as their manager who is away (again) is now having my part specially manufactured apprently. I asked for the cost of this and am met by silence and no response, after a few days i ask and am met by the usual arrogance with regards to how unimportant I am, before they issue a refund less my return shipping costs which I am now chasing. I highly recommend you avoid this company.
