“Customer service team were very knowledgeable and patiently answered all my (many) questions about tow bars before I decided to book with them. Very happy with Jason who came to fit it, he called to fit us in a day early, called the morning of, called later to say when he'd arrive and turned up exactly when he said he would. Fitted the tow bar, answered all my questions, demonstrated how to use it and waited till I was confident I could do it all myself before leaving. Would definitely recommend!”

“Just had all the electrics and new towbar fitted by Towbars2U to my ford ranger, nothing but the highest praise. John the fitter local to Durham arrived before the expected time and set away. Two hours later all done and even sorted an issue with a cracked light cluster for me at the same time. Top service and would without doubt recommend to family and friends. Thank You 👍”

“What can I say. Great friendly sales team, friendly fitter and great service all round. Fitter arrived and cracked straight into it. All parts from car were placed on mats to protect them whilst fitting and the fitter knew exactly what to do. Just fed him with tea 😆😆”

“£100 cheaper then there rivals Have recently had a towbar fitted to my pick up truck supplied and fitted by towbar2u. I obtained a quote which only took a few minutes The office staff need a mention here. I spoke to Carol who I found was very knowledgeable and helpful and dealt with any queries and questions I had rapidly. The fitter turned up on the date promised and time. Got to work and fitted the towbar, a very professional job carried out and also very happy with the look of the towbar. Martyn the fitter briefed me on all aspects of the work taken out and went through the operating instructions etc. A fantastic experience from start to finish with towbar2u keep up the great work guys”

“Highly recommended! Josh fitted a new towbar to my bmw 320i coupe - did a brilliant job, really quick and tidy. Showed me how it all worked and made sure I was happy before leaving. Great hardware - had a removeable swanneck fitted and you can't see anything once it's removed, even the electrics swing out of the way. Top job, thanks.”
