“I arranged for Towbar2u to send a fitter this morning and he turned up promptly. They sent me Jason and I can only praise the man for his professional, calm approach and friendly manner. The job was done quickly and I am delighted with this service.”

“Needed tow bar fitting quickly. Got in touch online, received the quote within a few hours. Made a telephone booking, received a call with a quick query ensuring I received the best bar for my car. The professional fitter arrived promptly on the day, fitted the bar and demonstrated it working. Great service and neat job. Thank you very much.”

“Faultless! Turned up early, finished early and a thoroughly professional job. My fitter was Rob Moore who covers most of Essex. What a helpful, friendly and professional expert he is. I am delighted with Towbars2u. Thanks Rob !”

“After having a tow bar fitted l had an electrical problem ( rear windscreen wipers kept try to sweep). On each occasion when l phoned l was told the fitter would contact me, he did not. l decided to cut my losses and have a professional auto electrician check out the fault. l will not repeat what he said when he saw how it had been wired up. He rewired the electrics and cured the fault. this cost £90. So l wont be recommending this company to anyone l know.”

“deeply unhappy that my car has been scratched and their attitude was so aggressive and unhelpful. The one saving grace was Adam but that was soon cancelled out - I was promised a return visit by a different fitter but then was told that no one was nearby and the one who caused the damage would return to look at the boot closure which was forced by him and then wouldn't work! Their answer just drive it (even if not safe to do so) and it will reset itself....... hmmm and ps THEY ARE NOT A LOCAL COMPANY IN HEMEL !!!”
