“Excellent customer service when on an occasion an order went wrong with a great personal touch. It's always important to see how companies handle situations when things go wrong as well as when they go smoothly. On the the other occasions, fast quick efficient service! Will always re - order from these guys. I've bought numerous claireabella items and numerous selfie sticks over the past few years.”

“I ordered 3 items (selfie stick, wine glass and claireabella large jute bag) My items were despatched separately, but all arrived within plenty time of when they were needed. They were purchased as a birthday gift for my daughter and we are absolutely delighted with them. Great service and products are just perfect.”

“I ordered a large jute bag just before Christmas - bag arrived very promptly and was beautiful! I absolutely love it! Definitely recommend a toxic fox claireabella bag - I have seen copies online and there is no comparison! Love it!”

“Ordered a large jute bag for my sister for Christmas, unfortunately this one went missing after it had been dispatched. I emailed the customer service team at Toxic Fox and received quick and friendly responses. A replacement bag was then ordered and sent out quickly. Great service :)”
