“I recently purchased a claireabella suitcase for my daughter where I completely messed up the delivery address, I contacted the company via email and they are very prompt at getting back to you and very helpful, my order was rectified and we have received it and my daughter is very happy with it, Thanks to Paul Harris, Customer Service Manager for your help with this. “I purchased a claireabella phone case and when it arrived it had a scratch on the back. I emailed toxicfox to inform them and Corey and Paul couldn't have been more helpful! They emailed me back straight away and organised for a new case to be sent within 3 to 5 working days ! Will Definetly be offering from here again! It's not often that you find somewhere that will go out of their way to provide good customer service!”
