“Fantastic customer service.. my order was going to come after my daughters birthday ( my fault for leaving it late to order) i sent an email to see if i could get it any earlier and i got email to say "yes" and the usually is a charge for this and they waived the charge for me.... so thank you once again for great customer service and i will be ordering more from you.....”

“My faith has been restored!! I have ordered many products from Claireabella and all have been fabulous! When tryin to contact regarding an order amendment, which I noticed immediately, by the time I received a response via email days later it was too late. What a waste. This was my own fault but I did contact immediately. Lesson learned. Or so I thought. Once again I made a spelling mistake and contacted immediately. Online chat service was appauling and enail was once again an automated response. I decided this time I would call. Although it took a good half an hour to get in touch the customer service was fantastic! The lady could not have been more friendly and helpful (even after my many panicked emails!) Clairebella products are second to none and make amazing gifts with amazing offers on! I will definately continue to purchase. A*”

“Great customer service. I asked for a rush order and they managed to do it for us, which was amazing. They kept me informed every step of the way and the order arrived in plenty of time for the birthday. We've ordered several things from them and always had good service. Will most definitely recommend using them.”
