“Well having read the reviews after placing my order I was very sceptical. I ordered a personalised London Underground mug for Secret Santa at work and thought it strange that they could send personalised items out so soon to Christmas, I ordered on the 18th. Anyway I resigned myself to the fact that I wouldn't receive my purchase, or I would and it would be broken, or I would and it would be awful or have incorrect printing. I received an email yesterday to say my item was in transit, but the tracking number was not recognised, so more alarm bells. Today, the 23rd my order arrived, I opened the box and hey presto, perfect item. A good, sturdy mug, intact with the name printed immaculately. Very pleased. I guess I've been lucky, now just have to get it to work without dropping it.”

“My wife bought a custom made hessian bag for £40 it was very nice but has now worn go rough at both ends after only light use. It very similar to the ones sainsburys used which I have had for years without similar problems. Very disappointed. All I get from their customer services was the offer of a discount on a new bag as the guarantee is only 3 months.”

“I ordered passport cover and large suitcase my daughter loved them ordered on the Friday delivered by Monday couldn't fault service..had to alter pictures a bit because did not have much to choose from and wanted it to be a girls body instead of a woman's but still looks great thank you x”

“Bought a large claireabella jute bag. Great service from toxicfox. My bag was exactly how I wanted it with so much care and detail gone into it and personalised just for me! Ordered two weeks ago and the bag arrived on time when it said it would. Great email updates as to if my bag was ready for dispatch, when it was dispatched and a date at the latest that would be with me. Great idea and i personally recommend this item!!”
