The one star really represents -5 as we have to tick a start to present a review. I like many others was sucked into how good everything was from the off when I purchase a lens from E-Infinity but it became such a very different situation when apparently my lens had been delivered yet I had not received it. They said they had a signature of delivery from Royal Mail Courier, which they did but it wasn't my signature nor was it my surname, I am not a JONES as stated by Royal Mail. They said they took it up with royal mail and they said their GPS states it was outside my house. Important points here are 1. My son worked for a delivery firm and the GPD can me half a street out 2. The responsibilities of the product lays with E-Infinty not a 3rd party delivery system so the issue of non delivery is between Royal Mail and E-Infinty not Royal Mail and myself as suggested by E-Infinty Under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 it states this.. "Delivery The retailer is responsible for goods until they are in your physical possession, in the possession of someone appointed by you to accept them or delivered to your nominated safe place. This is because your contract is with the retailer, who you bought the goods from. So, if your goods are still undelivered and you would like to make a complaint, you should complain to the retailer - even if you think it’s down to a poor service from the courier." "Your rights under the Consumer Rights Act are against the retailer – the company that sold you the product – not the manufacturer, so you must take any claim to the retailer." It also states that I can cancel within 30 days, I contacted E-Infinity within that timescale and they refuse to do anything bar say its being investigated by their 3rd party courier. I am now having to take this up with various legal establishments to recover my £740. There last contact with me was back August 23rd to inform me that the investigation was closed by the 3rd party courier claiming it had been delivered and they would not issue a refund off the back of that.

I placed an order early April from there website, the package was never been delivered. Fedex confirmed that they can not located the package and provided me a case number. I contract Einfinity, they just asked me to wait for Fedex's update, and refuse to give me a timeframe of refund. It's been 2 months since I placed the order. No refund so far.

SCAMMERS! Ordered a Nikon Z6 for a really good deal thought i was lucky. turns out not. Received an empty box, no camera in there, messaged and didn't get a response at all. no phone number to ring, no customer service. which now makes sense as i find out they are from china, not even uk. Do not trust low prices!! would rate 0 stars if possible

Stopped responding, no lens. I bought RF50mm f1.2 from this site as it was a lot cheaper than others, they said they were UK based and no delivery fees to pay. It arrived around a week after ordering, so I was exited to get home and un box. But that was just the trouble. I received an empty box, no les in sight. Just a box, the manual, and a piece of metal that I can’t identify. They responded to begin with, insisting that lens was there. Things went south from here. I notice that the box had its serial numbers removed, which usually indicates stolen – not good! Second, they aren’t UK based at all, but Hong Kong. The lies start piling up at this point. After a few emails have been exchanged they now stopped answering and refuse to acknowledge the fact that the box is empty and I didn’t receive my lens. Trying to get a refund from my card provider. Stung once, never again!

They are liers. On the website they saying that the delivery in the UK takes around 4-7 working days and they send it from the UK warehouse. After I bought and ask them why my order it takes that long they told me all orders are coming from Hong Kong...I was planning to use that lens for a job in few days but because they are liers now I will not have it in time for that job. They have so many wrongbinformation on the website. Take care and don't waste your time!

Don’t buy from here! They really will not give you any help if you have any issues with equipment. Over a 10 month stressful time the company had me send the lens all over the country only to eventually get me to send it to them. THEY TOOK MY MONEY AND SENT THE LENS BACK IN THE SAME BROKEN CONDITION & THEN DIDNT COMMUNICATE AFTERWARDS. They don’t hold up their warranty deal!

I would love to recommend them and used them too before reading many reviews when my purchase went wrong Quick to take the purchase cash but “lost “ almost immediately Asked for another and the same occurrence...two lenses lost in quick succession So I payed by PayPal who now have an overview and I’ve asked for my cash back I hope I don’t end up like some others here who have complained about the process...no lens and no cash... that’s criminal!! This started 6th of October its now 21st Of course I could be wrong and my cash will return easily and I shall then praise them for that in another review

Worst experience, after months and months of not receiving my lense the team from e-infinity abandoned me and did not help me at all. They kept my money, and did not care about the fact I never received the item (450€ worth) it's such a scam. It's been 8 months

They price up their products, I wanted to buy the Canon 90d it was for 929€ then it went to 1059€ in one time for no reason.

Horible, stay away. They don't honour the warranty, they ask you to share the repair costs for faulty items, they lie, etc. I would not buy from them.

I bought Canon Eos R with the battery grip from e-infinity. All the boxes were damaged. I complain and they told returned with my cost(£69) and they will refund only the value of the items. I said it is not customers fault but they refused. I cannot sell these later as I normally update my gear when new release comes out. Sad is they even gave a discount for my next purchase. I am the looser Cheese

Don’t ever buy from this store, I’ve sent my camera for reparation over 1 year a go and never got it back, sent many emails that the “costumer service” never replied. Save yourself time and money and buy your gear elsewhere.

Not happy how they price up their products, in some cases due to demand, by 200% this is pure greed. Buyer beware.

Do not buy any Shure products from this company, no warranty. I have send my high end Shure SE846 Professional Sound Isolating Earphones for repair for a minor fault to E-Infinity, when it was returned to me the earpiece literally fell apart. E-Infinity told me that I would need to send it back to them for further repairs. Instead I contacted Shure Customer service and they informed me that they have received several complaints about E-Infinity and any product bought from them is NOT covered by Shure warranty. Also E-Infinity refused to provide me any information and internal communication about my repair even after I quoted GDPR guidelines. I will be starting a small claims court procedure because E-Infinity provided me an unauthorized product and destroyed my Shure SE846.

My parcel was lost in transit 5 month ago. The seller has made a complaint to DPD after two months of nagging him, but never refunded me, although DPD has send me a letter to confirm that the parcel was lost, so they can refund the seller. They took my money, the insurance money and do not reply to my emails.. They are absolutely dishonest and treat customers badly. I have lost £720 and there is nowhere to go, because they are based in HK not UK.
