“Trader Joe’s store #648 (in Rockville) is a delight to shop in because of the incredibly helpful associates like Daniel and Mark. After I survived a near fatal accident, Mark would always help me get my groceries from different corners of the store so I don’t have to walk around in extreme pain. He was most knowledgeable in efficiently getting them to my car too! Another associate Daniel, is always so pleasant and would not leave a single stone unturned, until he made sure you had what you needed. He gets stuff often from the storage if it hasn’t been put on the floor yet. He would even check for upcoming shipments to the store to assure me when exactly I can get the food item I need. I have certain dietary restrictions and these factors mean the world to me since I am often hobbling around trying to find what I need to buy. Most importantly, they are very kind with a joyful disposition and a smiling face. These are assets to the company and I, for one, only visit this location weekly, mostly because of them!”
“Just had your Chile Relleno with Queso frozen food entree. It was delicious. I did heat it in the oven, so the coating got nice and crispy. The tomato sauce was light and was perfect with the relleno. I am a tough critic of chili rellenos, so was especially impressed. Your frozen entrees are pretty hit or miss, but this was a home run.”

“I had not shopped at Trader Joes and was extreamly pleased. I asked an employee a question about stew beef. He wasn't sure, excused himself and in a few minutes returned with the answer. He said thanks for asking. Said her learned something good that day.
Traveling the aisles I was in awe that there was some one replacing bought items so quickly. Having moved from a rural town in North Carolina to Virginia Beach has been
quite a change for this 78 yro lady.

“Today was my first experience at Trader Joe’s in Brentwood Missouri. I live over an hour and a half away and upon entering the store my first person that I spoke to was a blonde haired guy. He was very nice. Welcome me to the store. I did find everything that I was looking for people were very positive Upon checking out the lady that checked me out she was very kind. Thanked me for coming to her store even gave me some flowers for being the first time person at her store. I highly recommend this store. The people were very nice. They had product availability of everything that was on their website. I had actually seen TikTok regarding their Christmas stuff so that is why I entered the store but I guarantee you I will be going back to the store at Brentwood very clean. “I am writing to share an inspirational story of kindness experienced at your Naperville Illinois store on December, 2023. I had had my last check up with my oncology surgeon at the local hospital that morning, and found out I was cancer free after five years of treatments and monitoring.
It would be an understatement to say I was just jubilant as there are no words to really describe the joy and relief I was experiencing. I was happily floating through the store to complete my holiday shopping and had the pleasure of meeting Tim as my cashier.
Tim was very friendly and he observed my big smile of joy when he greeted me. I felt free to share my news and he was very sweet with his congratulations. We got down to business and discussed a second cart would be of benefit for my plentiful purchases, and I offered to go outside to get it as the store was quite busy.
I wasn’t gone five minutes and as I returned to Tim, he had a colleague assisting to bag my groceries who also offered congratulations to me, along with Philomena, the manager standing by Tim with this gorgeous bouquet of holiday flowers.
Suddenly time stood still as if all of the cashiers and shoppers were looking directly at me as I told Philomena I didn’t purchase these flowers. She shared they were a gift from Tim and the store for my great health news. It was such a beautiful gesture and I was completely overwhelmed. Bells were being rang and hugs were shared.
The flowers were: green button mums, red roses, white stock, pine boughs and white lilies that most latest for several weeks. The With our chaotic world events, this positive story was so very treasured.
Thank you very kindly for your time in reading this, and for this amazing experience I will never forget, which I have told a zillion times over the holidays. I am sure it will generate more shoppers to your store.”
