“I thought customer service was gone but after going to trader Joe's yesterday I realized it's not they just all work at trader Joe's they were so so helpful, hats off to there employees you guys are awesome and thank you for the customer service”
“If I could put zero stars, I would. I just cooked a brisket I got from Trader Joe's. It tasted awful, and it wasn't the seasonings. The meat itself smelled old and tasted nasty. What a waste of my money. I will never buy Trader Joe's meat ever again, and I am telling everyone not to buy Trader Joe's meat. Complete waste of time and money”
“I have not been a Trader Joe’s shopper due to location but since you opened the store close to my house I practically live at Trader Joe’s. Today I’m very disappointed because I had became addicted to those little pink cakes(raspberry mousse cakes) I went today hoping to get my fix and you had discontinued them, how could you!
Seasonal?? Anyway I went home without my little pink cakes, when will they be back? I did buy other food items and will continue shopping at Trader Joe’s.”
“Korean Style Beef Short Ribs (frozen), made in the USA, are absolutely horrible. If you like bones, fat and tasteless tough meat, this is the product for you. Not much edible meat in the package either (if you are so inclined). Never again. This is the worst product we have ever purchased from TJ's after many many years and we strongly recommend that it be removed from the stores as quickly as possible..”
“The instant steel cut oats I have been eating for years were discontinued last November. They took 7 minutes to cook. Now they only have steel cut oats that take 30 minutes! Yet they now have oatmeal that takes seven minutes. Everyone knows steel cut oats are better for you. I don't know if they weren't selling well or why they discontinued them. But I am very disappointed.”
“Trader Joe’s store #648 (in Rockville) is a delight to shop in because of the incredibly helpful associates like Daniel and Mark. After I survived a near fatal accident, Mark would always help me get my groceries from different corners of the store so I don’t have to walk around in extreme pain. He was most knowledgeable in efficiently getting them to my car too! Another associate Daniel, is always so pleasant and would not leave a single stone unturned, until he made sure you had what you needed. He gets stuff often from the storage if it hasn’t been put on the floor yet. He would even check for upcoming shipments to the store to assure me when exactly I can get the food item I need. I have certain dietary restrictions and these factors mean the world to me since I am often hobbling around trying to find what I need to buy. Most importantly, they are very kind with a joyful disposition and a smiling face. These are assets to the company and I, for one, only visit this location weekly, mostly because of them!”
“I'm still attempting to process the trauma and disappointment of being duped by a sophisticated scam. As someone who prides themselves on being astute and discerning, I never imagined that I would fall prey to such a egregious deception.
The scammers employed a clever tactic of gaining my trust through assurances of transparency, accountability, and reliability. However, their true intentions were shockingly sinister. They vanished into thin air, leaving me with a significant financial loss and a deep sense of betrayal.
I stumbled upon an unlikely lifeline - 𝐇𝐚𝐜𝐤𝐞𝐫𝐬𝐩𝐨𝐭𝐯𝐢𝐥𝐥𝐞. I must admit that I was initially skeptical, given my previous experiences. However, after conducting extensive research and due diligence, I decided to take a chance and reach out to them via email ( 𝘩𝘢𝘤𝘬𝘦𝘳𝘴𝘱𝘰𝘵𝘷𝘪𝘭𝘭𝘦 @ 𝘨𝘮𝘢𝘪𝘭 . 𝘤𝘰𝘮 ).
I'm thrilled to report that my experience with Hackerspotville was nothing short of phenomenal. Their team of experts exhibited a deep understanding of the complexities of financial fraud and recovery. They were transparent, communicative, and empathetic throughout the entire process.
Thanks to their tireless efforts and expertise, they were able to recover a substantial portion of my stolen funds. It was a truly cathartic experience, and I feel a deep sense of gratitude towards the team at Hackerspotville.
If you've found yourself in a similar predicament, I urge you to exercise caution and thoroughly research any potential recovery services but based on my personal experience, I can confidently attest that 𝐇𝐚𝐜𝐤𝐞𝐫𝐬𝐩𝐨𝐭𝐯𝐢𝐥𝐥𝐞 is a trustworthy and effective solution. Don't hesitate to reach out to them - it may be the lifeline you need to reclaim what's rightfully yours.”
“Trader Joe's works hard to portray an image of being socially responsible, yet they insist on carrying products made in illegally occupied Palestinian lands - despite national pressure to stop carrying them. Why is it so hard to do the right thing and take a stance against genocide? TJ's needs to STOP carrying 'Israeli' feta, Givon wines (literally made on illegal settlements in the WEST BANK), Bamba puffs, and Dorot ginger and garlic cubes.”
“Just had your Chile Relleno with Queso frozen food entree. It was delicious. I did heat it in the oven, so the coating got nice and crispy. The tomato sauce was light and was perfect with the relleno. I am a tough critic of chili rellenos, so was especially impressed. Your frozen entrees are pretty hit or miss, but this was a home run.”
“If you care about your health, please stay away.
Frozen food section imports from suspicious producers ( Greece, Italy, France) full of artificial and additives, some of them taste okay, but again, if you care about dangerous chemical, better check yourself.
Probably the worst of the worst!”
“Tell your floor people that they serve the customer and not the other way around. When in floor traffic, the floor person makes way for the movement of the customer - unless the floor person is stacking, especially the bottom shelves. At high traffic times, floor people should avoid congregating in groups for conversations. If they need a group conversation, go over to the wine section. Trader Joe's Eugene, 12.27.24 around 5:15pm. When they think their business is more important than the customer's shopping, it's as if they're flipping the bird at the customers in general. "You go around us - we don't make way for you." This is bad customer relations.”
“I want to begin by saying that Trader Joe's is my absolute favorite place to shop for groceries. However I've just reheated their Kettle Cooked Chicken soup (from the frige section) And while chocked full of carrots and onions in a tasteless chicken broth, you will be hard pressed to find chicken in it. I would guess less than a rounded teaspoon if that. No discernible chicken flavor at all. Don't waste your money on this. Very disappointing. Purchased the clam chowder at the same time; fingers crossed that it will have a clam or two in it.
P.S Was unable to upload a photo although I tried multiple times.”
“I had passed by the MINI GINGERBREAD PEOPLE cookies--- finally I bought! BEST ginger flavor and difficult to stop eating! Each guest on New Years will receive a box!
Pork chops with bone=better than I have bought anywhere!
Always buy MOVIE popcorn in red bag!
Chicken Piccata ( $8.99) is quite good.
Tarragon Chicken Sandwich- one of the better ones.

“I had not shopped at Trader Joes and was extreamly pleased. I asked an employee a question about stew beef. He wasn't sure, excused himself and in a few minutes returned with the answer. He said thanks for asking. Said her learned something good that day.
Traveling the aisles I was in awe that there was some one replacing bought items so quickly. Having moved from a rural town in North Carolina to Virginia Beach has been
quite a change for this 78 yro lady.
My funds like other people are leaving me quicker in the grocery store. That Wednesday Trader Joes adventure was sooooo nice. Hope to return.”
“I like trader joe's but few days ago I bought juice has bad taste i got sick diarrhea when I checked date was January 24th 2025.
I am trying to upload picture unfortunately doesn't work. University ave Berkeley California 94704 location”
“Almost all my experiences are positive .. we spend about $125 every week and are pleased by the food and store staff. That is why we were shocked to be told that TJ’s has discontinued the large 50.7 size Alkaline water +electrolyes. The explanation was clearly not a win for consumers nor for plastic in the ocean or food chain. I will be searching elsewhere for a similar product but wanted to ask for a clearer and cogent explanation thx A happy usually disappointed customer
