“Surely, Trader Joe’s is one of the good local places that sell flowers, often times since I am a Florist living near Oceanside, I have to run to them to complete orders when I usually go to the Flower market in Carlsbad, California, many times I don’t have a choice, so I have to stop by there and buy what I’m missing, while also often times the quality of flowers are good. Some of them are not that great, since I am a Florist and I need to deliver high-quality product, I have to estimate if it’s worth to get the materials from there, usually pretty good, sometimes missing product in the bunch where they charge full price regardless if there are missing Flowers or not which was the case today, I reported the bunch was missing some quantities and they either replace it when it’s available on the color I need or take away the price to adjust accordingly to the missing pieces, today I bought a bunch of roses and one of the heads was broken. I found it like that in the bunch, reported it to the manager and I ask to adjust the price for the quantity that I have because the quantity was not 12 but 11 roses, he say no! they usually help me pretty well, he said people take it like that and they don’t ask for discount; usually people don’t know about the quantities, since I am a florist. I know how many comes on a bunch and if you’re not giving me the quantity for what you are charging me, you should adjust your price, in this occasion they didn’t and I got very disappointed since I buy a lot of product from them, too bad that they rather lose a customer than give quality and comprehensive customer care service. Today I rated only one star for one rose head, they have steal one dollar from me. Shame of you.”
“There are some inconsistencies like the quality of it's frozen items or meats, these are overshadowed by its unique and enjoyable shopping experience. I'm always appreciating their great customer service at the end of every visit.”
“We bought a Grass Fed beef top sirloin to share today. The steak was $9 and the center was full of gristle and membrane.
This is my second time to give it a chance and failed both times. I won’t be buying my meats there again.”

“The store in Woodbury is likely smaller and has a smaller selection of items. While they pride themselves in carrying “unusual” and gourmet type stuff, their produce section is woeful. They will not, and probably don’t intend to, replace your local grocery store. Notable however, is their wine and liquor section isolated by a wall from the rest of their store. Wines, particularly, are priced very affordably. Staff have been uniformly cordial and helpful.”
“I do like a lot of their products however the massive amount of sodium in the frozen offerings is excessive.
They really need to look at this issue and take the health of their customers more seriously.
Excessive sodium is extremely bad for heart and arterial health. So things might be "organic" but if they're unhealthy in the long run what's the benefit to the customer?”
“I usually would get them a five-star but now that they're changing their hours and opening at 9:00 I will be going to whole foods to do all my shopping.”

“I was so sad to find out that the Trader Joe’s sliced sourdough bread isn’t real sourdough. there’s yeast in the ingredients list when real sourdough is fermented. I used to love this store and went there often. Can’t trust anyone anymore sadly so I’ll just make it myself.”

Today I’m very disappointed because I had became addicted to those little pink cakes(raspberry mousse cakes) I went today hoping to get my fix and you had discontinued them, how could you!
Seasonal?? Anyway I went home without my little pink cakes, when will they be back? I did buy other food items and will continue shopping at Trader Joe’s.”
“Korean Style Beef Short Ribs (frozen), made in the USA, are absolutely horrible. If you like bones, fat and tasteless tough meat, this is the product for you. Not much edible meat in the package either (if you are so inclined). Never again. This is the worst product we have ever purchased from TJ's after many many years and we strongly recommend that it be removed from the stores as quickly as possible..”
“The instant steel cut oats I have been eating for years were discontinued last November. They took 7 minutes to cook. Now they only have steel cut oats that take 30 minutes! Yet they now have oatmeal that takes seven minutes. Everyone knows steel cut oats are better for you. I don't know if they weren't selling well or why they discontinued them. But I am very disappointed.”
“Trader Joe’s store #648 (in Rockville) is a delight to shop in because of the incredibly helpful associates like Daniel and Mark. After I survived a near fatal accident, Mark would always help me get my groceries from different corners of the store so I don’t have to walk around in extreme pain. He was most knowledgeable in efficiently getting them to my car too! Another associate Daniel, is always so pleasant and would not leave a single stone unturned, until he made sure you had what you needed. He gets stuff often from the storage if it hasn’t been put on the floor yet. He would even check for upcoming shipments to the store to assure me when exactly I can get the food item I need. I have certain dietary restrictions and these factors mean the world to me since I am often hobbling around trying to find what I need to buy. Most importantly, they are very kind with a joyful disposition and a smiling face. These are assets to the company and I, for one, only visit this location weekly, mostly because of them!”
