“Love Trader Joe's. For a small store it offers a wide variety organic clean eating. An excellent example of their amazing mates is Darien Corbin. He has been such a big help to me finding things and giving me hints on different ways to use them in various recipes. All the staff is friendly. My hats off to mgmt for keeping their staff happy which makes for happy customers 😀”
“I was visiting the area from Alabama. I was asked by a friend to pick up some wine from Trader Joe's. When I checked out, I was charged for 6 bottles instead of the 5 I had to purchase. Not catching the error until I arrived home, I contacted the store requesting a correction. (I had paid by credit card and had a receipt with all the information from the transaction) I was told I would have to return to the store or another Trader Joe's for any adjustment or refund. The closest store is over 3 hours away from where I live. Mysteriously, now my thermal paper receipt is almost blank, (faded like diappearing ink) so I probably have no future recourse even if I do get to a store.”

“I have a disability and require a mobility cart to shop. The Franklin, TN store has 2. When I arrived at 10 am on a Sunday morning both were not charged nor plugged in. An employee was very apologetic but it was very disappointing.”

“So very disappointed in Trader Joes as I was told they are mandating their employees to get the vaccinne, or get swabbed every week, how unfortunate that I will never shop here again as this is a violation of everyones rights you should not be told what to do with your body in order to work, no one mandates the flu shot and that is basically what this is.
