I'm sure it all looks good, when things goes good, but when they don't, their support is stinks.
I told my story on their Facebook page today, a half a minute af they deleted my topic, I was writing in low arrousal and nice speaking and just telling my story, to warn other future buyers of their lack of service.
Then I told them I would tell my story on Trustpilot, they answer this: "So go on, and we will comment every review and will qoute your threats. This will make you look bad but thats not my Business"
Then i made my comment on Trustpilot, but they would not approve it at all, I ask then why they wouldn't approve it, they say this: "
We can not allow/Not allow Reviews there. Perhaps you tailed trustpilots tos"
Soon I'm 57 years and I tried this mamy times before, problems with a online order BUT what I never tried is this lack of service. Usally when I tried this the shopp offers me a cheaper price or my money back...
But only thing they cn say here is.
" we are sorry, but your order is delayed" LOL, delayed, I guess so, soon I have waiting 2 month for this.
2 days ago I order another phone and guees what, I don't buy it in this shopp.
Do not be fooled by a low price in their shopp, it's not worth it... But it up to you to decide for sure.
