“Contacted them initially with a question which was answered by email within 1hr. Ordered mosaic stone tiles at an excellent price and they were delivered within 48hrs. Great service good product. Thank you.”

“Ordered a couple of samples and they both arrived damaged. One was cracked in half the other had a dent to the corner. Unlikely to order the full tiles from this company as either the marble they sell is not as resilient as that ordered from other companies or their packaging and shipping processes are not good enough. I'm not willing to risk an entire shipment of tiles on it.”

Your feedback is crucially important to us to improve our standards as we strive to succeed 100% customer satisfaction. Unfortunately we have limited control over the sample deliveries as we use Royal Mail 1st class services for sample deliveries. On the other side, we use palletized delivery methods for all our purchase orders in order to be able to deliver all goods in good sound condition. We have dispatched another sample box for your enquiry. The sample box should be delivered within 2-3 days. “I found the website really clear and nice to use. I ordered a couple of samples which arrived within 48 hours, the fact that they were free was a bonus. I had ordered from another well known site and was charged for the samples which still hadn't arrived 3 weeks later. I will be placing an order.”

“The company Stone tile Market was great easy site to use found just what i needed very quickly staff so friendly when contacted and always get back to you, the only thing that let them down was nothing to do with them it was the delivery company they used and when you pay that much for a delivery it should be with in a 48hr window not over a week. All in all well done to Stone tile Market and staff 10 out of 10 to you all as for the delivery company maybe you should think of using another as they are letting you down.”

“We had searched extensively for natural white marble tiles in polished finish . We really wanted to see it prior to purchasing but could not find anything even close in our local area. We ordered sample on stonetilemarket.co.uk and didn't pay anything, samples are totally free! Order arrived quickly and extremely well packaged with no damage. We have gotten lots of complements at how wonderful this stone looks. I would not hesitate to purchase again.”

“Tiles were excellent, and delivered on date of choice, shame you cant pick morning or afternoon like most delivery's these days, or have warning sent by the driver when they are close. When arrived could not get pallet of the truck, I then had to take each tile out of the pallet and put on another pallet while the driver watched. I then had to show him how to get his pallet truck under the other pallet so we could get it off the lorry, This then got stuck on the tail lift of the lorry. While the lorry driver was huffing and puffing I managed to free it b using a few brain cells”

“They sent decent size of samples that gave the idea of the tiles and the posting was very quick. They also have very competitive price and very good quality products that i would end up paying great amount at a high street shop for the same product. Thank you for saving me a fortune. I would definetely recommend them to anyone i know that needs natural stone.”

“My sample and tiles arrived on promised date. 4 of the tiles were slightly chipped but we used them for corners as offcut. Delivery guy was very helpful. overall happy with the service. Thank you.”
