“From ordering to delivery, an excellent service. While ordering on line I had a query regarding marble tiles. Made a quick phone call and spoke with a pleasant lady who put me on the right track. Having placed the order, saving me several hundred pounds over a well known outlet, delivery was made on the promised day. Tiles were well crated so as to avoid any damage in transit. A very good product and service. Thank you.”

“I have been looking for marble floor and wall tiles for my kitchen & bathroom for some time, since I moved into my new home. I called Stone Tile Market and requested some samples. The samples came very quickly and after discussing with my wife what we needed for our job, I placed the order online and arranged a next day delivery by calling them. The lady I spoke to was extremely helpful and my order arrived the next day. My son who is a builder came to lay the tiles and mention to me that these were one of the best tiles he has worked with for a long time. He said he would not hesitate to place future orders with Stone Tile Market for his customers. This whole experience has been pleasing for me, from the sales service I received to the delivery of the tiles. I’m a very happy and satisfied customer. Well done.”

“Many thanks for the services and product; starting with my sample request, informing about the product over the phone, sending photos related the tile, helping placing the right order, dealing with my special delivery request and delivering the tiles on the date I needed them. I wanted to tile the kitchen floor for a long time but was avoiding the purchasing hassle that may occur but Stone Tile Market made it extra simple all the way through. I will order from them the living room floor tiles too without a hesitation. Thank you so much.”

“SUPERB... I bought of botticino marble tiles and emparador mix mosaics for use on a small bathroom wall and floor. Tiles were nicely packaged and shipped, all arriving perfectly. This tile is very good quality and beautiful. It is exactly the look we were trying to achieve for our bathroom . The golden veining and movement in the marble is subtly present, but it doesn’t have a strong contrast, which is perfect in a small space. Emparador Mix mosaic is matched quite well with Botticino polished marble both have nice glossy finish. We sorted the tiles so that the tiler would put the "less desirable " tiles under the sink unit cabinet. Free shipping is a big plus, but the cost savings of this item was substantial over everyone else locally. Very, very satisfied.”

“Ordered my tiles with this company and i was very impressed, very pleasant lady i spoke to on the phone who was very helpful and proffesional and the after sales service was second to none, given my delivery date and i was kept informed and phoned the day before to say when it was coming and driver phoned me when he was half hour away, very helpful driver and tiles were very well packed and considering it was travertine i did not have one damaged tile in the whole 92 mts, superb service from buying to receiving, i have bought a lot of stone tiles on line over the years but these are overall the best i have dealt with, i will be using them from now on and highly recommend anyone who is thinking of buying any stone tiles to not hesitate in using stone tile market, you would be a fool not to buy I am one very happy tiler and my customer is over the moon Keep it up guys Mark Carmarthen Tiling”
