“AJ saves my bacon by having my back! I am not an admin person, I am sales, and my mind is not wired for admin. She lowers my stress of managing contract dates. “I used to do all the heavy lifting in my transactions myself. Most transaction coordinators annoyed me and I felt they didn't add any value. Since I've started working with Allison Garvey all of my transactions have gone very smoothly and I have had more time to do the things that help me to close more transactions. I would strongly recommend Allison and Transactly as they've become a valuable member of my team!”

“AJ is so precise in her work. She knows exactly what she is doing and is there when I need her. She has helped me through two $5,000,000 properties with my buyers. I asked for specific provisions in these transactions and AJ was willing to be flexible. One was under contract for three months with many amendments. She gladly helped every step of the way as she always does!”
