“I was recommended by another agent to use Kelsey Armstrong at Transactly. This was a game changer for me. Kelsey took care of all the tedious and time consuming details of a transaction and freed up my time immensely. Her letters were better than what I have used in the past. She is on top of EVERYTHING! I highly recommend Transactly!”

“Extremely poorly run company. We've been with them just a few months and the quality of the transacting has just gone downhill. Not only are we not included on any emails for our files, we were advised using their system for utilities would give us referral credits. As a result, we've seen no referral credits from this company after transacting approx. 50 files with them. As we've decided to better service our clients in house, we've asked for refunds to which we have been 100% ignored. The only acknowledgment we received was to cease handling of our transactions. Add to that, they were referring our clients to their in-house insurance referral and preventing our preferred vendors from handling our clients. Beware - this company has little to no integrity and will likely take away vendor business and mishandle files and screw over your agents.”

“As a California Broker who also serves on the Professional Standards Committee for my association, compliance is paramount to me. Given the complexity of our contracts, our processes, and the sheer number of disclosures in our transactions - both required and optional - this can become overwhelming very quickly. We needed a true professional who would come alongside us and help facilitate the process while keeping our clients' spirits high. This professional would need to rigorously follow our compliance checklists for processes and documentation while maintaining a positive and professional demeanor with personalities who can be "challenging" (extra grace required) parties in the transaction. Transactly has hit the mark on all of the above! My first coordinator was Angelia who was amazing, thoughtful, and intentional with every step, then we added Radwa who has only continued to advance the service offerings we provide while maintaining our core culture of professional excellence. Even when Radwa was on extended travel in Egypt, my clients never knew or faced any challenges due to the attention to detail and tech integrations we use - no one but me even knew she was 1/2 way around the world. I love that my files are always complete BEFORE the close of escrow (minus a copy of the closing check of course). I believe their pricing is more than fair for the variety of services they offer.”
