“Extremely poorly run company. We've been with them just a few months and the quality of the transacting has just gone downhill. Not only are we not included on any emails for our files, we were advised using their system for utilities would give us referral credits. As a result, we've seen no referral credits from this company after transacting approx. 50 files with them. As we've decided to better service our clients in house, we've asked for refunds to which we have been 100% ignored. The only acknowledgment we received was to cease handling of our transactions. Add to that, they were referring our clients to their in-house insurance referral and preventing our preferred vendors from handling our clients. Beware - this company has little to no integrity and will likely take away vendor business and mishandle files and screw over your agents.”
