Service at the UK end is very good, fast pick up, staff are helpful and courteous, good website.
We were let down badly once at the Hongkong end by Royale in Kowloon bay who delayed delivery for 2 days and we had to send someone to pick up the parceat their depot in the end. Not good at all.

My parcel was picked up on Tuesday 16th November for delivery to Spain and is still not delivered.That is 10 days and still no delivery in fact it has not left the UK yet?

Disappointing. Parcel collected as promised and shipped all the way to destination. Parcel then returned for no reason. Transglobal confirmed address was correct and delivery should have occurred. No tracking on return journey with estimated arrival of 8 weeks!
