Just tried guard in my Avensis tourer and found it does not fit.The angles and lengths of the feet are incorrect ie the adjustable foot which fits to the c pillar is wrong, could damage trim panel. The feet which sit down to the inner wing trim panel appear to be incorrect causing guard not to sit true vertical. The securing lugs do not have enough thread length to operate and again there seems to be an angle issue with regard to the round bar welded to the guard through which the the above lugs are suppose to run with the securing nut. Will be returning guard for refund..

This product is a real disappointment. The picture instructions are hard to follow with no words to explain. My product was delivered with a steel frame with one of the slots not pushed out so the base would not locate properly. A replacement was sent by the next day - this was the only positive part of my experience, although there cannot be much quality control at the factory to ship faulty parts in the first place. The cage is hard to build, and the hex screws that hold it together do not locate easily in the plates they screw into - this part is very fiddly. Then when you have made the cage it looks the part, but when you use it in the car it rattles like a plastic wheelie bin. This was an awful product to put together, and when you finish it it is an awful product because the metal door and all of the plastic parts rattle away. In an estate car where you are in the same space as the cage the racket of it rattling is unbearable, so it will probably go on eBay and I will buy a proper cage from a pet shop for a third of the price. So the good points are it looks good, it would probably work well in a van or truck where it is in a separate part of the vehicle and you cannot hear it rattling, and the customer service to replace faulty parts is very quick and efficient. The bad points are it ships with faulty parts, it is really fiddly to assemble, and when you have made it, it rattles like a wheelie bin. This is not quality German design and engineering - this is the Trabant of dog cages.

rry but it is with regret that i must complain about my recent experience regarding my purchase from yourselves. Order Focus Dog Guard your number 0000066449 First the positive, i found your website easy to use and complete with all that i needed to know and very simple and straight forward. I registard to buy and placed my order based on what i had seen with a view to further products for my other vehicles. The order process was simple and completed with no problem, and within minutes i had confirmation of my registration and order, latter the same day i had confirmation that my order had been picked dispatched. This was as you will know Tuesday 4th March, i paid for express delivery as my daughter needed for a weekend trip. Now the negative, my order never arrived on Wednesday, i personally was out of the office on Thursday fully expecting my order to be waiting for me on Friday it wasn't! Having provided my mobile number and email as requested with my order ( i can confirm that it is correct on your dispatch note ) i was surprised that no one had called me or emailed me at all. I used the UPS tracking link and it confirmed that they had my order and had tried to deliver on the 5th but couldn't because they didn't have the correct address! It confirms this again at the close of office on the 5th. The report then went on to show that UPS warehouse scanned my order early morning on both the 6th and the 7th but did nothing with it. I had my Parts Manager speak to the UPS Driver as Aston Martin use UPS to deliver our parts here daily and he confirmed that he had a parcel on his waggon one Wednesday but as it only had a name on it and the road, he had returned it to the depot, that same day. Again i can confirm that no one contacted me after you notification of dispatch on Tuesday. After various lengthy calls to the UPS office as i needed the guard for my daughters weekend, i was allowed to go to the UPS depot in Luton after 6pm to collect, nearly twenty miles away on a Friday evening through all the traffic not a happy couple of hours that i should have been subject to. I collected my parcel and it was purely address to: CAMPBELL, LEY HILL ROAD, BOVINGDON, HP3 0NW (hp3 0nw is the post code for eight company's on ley hill rd) My order and confirmed delivery address that i completed was; DEREK CAMPBELL, CHILTERN ASTON CENTRE, LEY HILL ROAD, BOVINGDON, HP3 0NW The box was damaged at one end. My guard was very slightly damaged at one end with the plastic end bung missing and minor paint damage. I fitted the unit and got my daughter with her dog one her way eventually about three hours late, this shouldn't have happened and is not right, and not what i paid for. One final note the product is excellent good quality manufacture and fitting, only real observation that your install instructions are incomplete and could do with improving. there are two bracing brackets that need to be attached, these are angled and handed. Your instructions don't say which way around or which way up they go and neither do any of the pictures. This is not helpful and vital information for some, the brackets shown on your installation are straight. All really good product spoilt by detail in delivery and instruction Derek Campbell

DO NOT buy from this company. Firstly the guard is impossible to fit even though it was ordered for the specific model of car, and secondly despite many attempts to contact Travall to help with fitting (as the instructions are very limited) they never made contact. The worst online shopping experience I have ever had.

We do not know what the dog gaurd is like as we have not been able to get it. The delivery has not been completed and I am now expected to take time off work, I work in London, to drive 40 miles to Thatcham and go and collect it. I wish I had never bothered. Can I have a full refund please as I am not going to be able to collect it.

Delivery was absolutely brilliant. Arrived the next day, earlier than expected. Easy to fit except I did get it bak to front to start with. Instructions might have been a little clearer. Really pleased with the product which is robust and well made and fits my Subaru Forester perfectly. Highly recommended and well worth the outlay.

Paid £22 instead of £7 so it would be delivered on saturday and never recieved. Tried ringing travall but there not open on a weekend. Sent an email and no reply as of yet but an email asking to review them

The boot mat I wanted for my Mk 6 Golf was initially out of stock and I ordered one as soon as Travall emailed to say they were back in. The mat arrived very quickly by courier a couple of days later. It is a perfect fit, is very well made and looks as if it will outlast the car.

Received email telling me delivery would be 20th November,today is 24th still no goods, no explanation no apology very very poor service, and you have taken my £107!!
