“From ordering to delivery,no problem,very easy assembly however for a custom fit dog guard for just over £100 I did expect a perfect fit . The guard itself is but the seat anchor clips/ threaded bolt were not long enough so I had to open up the hooked end in order to allow the threaded end to protrude through the sleeve to connect the hand grip nuts,but in the end it does the job very well.one more point,the bolt heads that can be seen from the exterior could do with covers to match the nice finish of the rest of the product.”

“It would have been useful to have had a place to give comments on delivery. Driver could not find our house and this caused a delay of 3 days. Item satisfactory when it eventually arrived.”

“Swift delivery as with my previous dog guard. Product seems well constructed, but really struggled fitting this one! Would almost say it doesn't fit properly, as I had to force it to get it to fit. Also disappointed the load cover attached to the back seat had to be removed and does not fit with this dog guard. It does not state when buying, that the load cover will not fit when the dog guard is in place!”

“Very pleased with the the dog guard but I also paid extra for next day delivery - ordered on the Monday and it didn't arrive until Thursday afternoon!”

“Good sturdy design. I am a little disappointed that I am unable to use my parcel shelf (Ford Fusion) and the clamp arrangement when fully tightened still allows the guard to move slightly. This can make a noise when travelling over rough ground.”

“Bought a Golf V estate dog rack,divider and boot mat. The general fit is very good and aesthetically it look the part. However, the paint finish on some of the attaching parts is very poor. If it wasn't for our imminent holiday I would seek a replacement/refund.”

“Delivery of 2 items and seperate not too impressive,good job the third item was rubber because it`s packaging was badly mauled. Assembly instructions need clarifying”

“I ordered a dog guard on Saturday 6th July and it hasn't been delivered yet (Tuesday 9th) so I hope it arrives tomorrow.”

“I ordered and paid for exactly what I required. On line ordering was easy and without error. My order was due to be delivered either 24 to 48 hours later. Unfortunately it has not arrived yet the the address it is to be delivered to is now closed until next Monday.”

“Our dog guard arrived very promptly, unfortunately a couple of pieces where missing. These were sent out very quickly but the 'bits' wouldn't fit together. A completely new set of 'bits' were then sent out and these were perfect. I would say that the product is excellent but maybe Travall need to. Look at their internal quality processes becuase the brackets and knobs they sent out initially were of poor quality and badly machined. The replacements were far superior.”

“The dog guard is well made and has a good quality feel and professional look to it. Unfortunately it takes a while to get the fixing of the unit correct and if you put the seats down the guard practically falls down or swings about resulting in you having to remove it. If a long item is placed in the boot you will have to remove the dog guard to prevent it from falling down. I am going to send it back unless they have a better fitting kit enabling the dog guard to remain in place with the seats down.”

“The dog guard - now that it has finally arrived - is fine. Good quality and perfect fit for my new car. However, despite my being promised the dog guard would arrive within 1-2 working days, it took a week to arrive. This was hugely inconvenient as I could not leave my dog unattended in the car (unless I wanted short white hairs everywhere). When contacted about the non-arrival, Travall did contact UPS and did promise me a refund of postage money immediately...it has yet to appear in my bank account. I'm disappointed.”

“The dog cage for my Merc ML270 was Far too small for my dog, it looked bigger on the web site. Also, as I took some shape bends (not fast as it is a 4x4) the cage totally rolled over in the boot and my dog was not only squashed in the cage but he was in total panic, due to the cage rolling onto it's top. I got out straight away, got him out of the cage and let go on the back seats! Humph! :(”

“Hi badly fitting parts for car dog guard,the legs are an interferance fit into guard guard not what you expect from an expensive product.I do not recommend this product.”
