“I have been amazed at how much Travefy has streamlined my work process. It makes it so much easier to create beautiful proposals and itineraries for my clients. It is absolutely worth every penny. I also appreciate that the learning curve isn't too steep, I have tried a significant number of tools over the past year and I find Travefy to be intuitive and not nearly as clunky as a lot of other options.”

“Travefy was a great option for us for the past two years! We spent countless hours building our library of destinations. This past year they informed us the subscription level we currently were at was no longer going to be offered. There is no where on the website to find out what you are currently being charged! The plan we signed up for was $156 per year. The new plan that is now being forced upon us is $372 per year! Not sure who thought this would be good business to treat their loyal customers this way? Since we prepaid for a year we are sticking with them, but next February they will be losing a loyal customer if something doesn't change!”

“I’ve been using Travefy for about 3 months now and am kicking myself for not subscribing earlier! It has made my proposals so much easier to pull together and they look really professional. There are so many properties, and so much information on popular destination, in the library that makes it simple to include value added content for clients. I highly recommend giving it a try.”

“I love it here lol!!! The support before and after is out of this world! Everyone is so helpful and actually want you to succeed! I appreciate the demos with Doug and Kendra and so thankful that all staff is so willing to help! I can't wait to create even more beautiful proposals and itineraries. I feel that this set up allows people to take my travel business and I more seriously. I'm small but this really allows me to look BIG! Thank you all, I'm so grateful”

“So far, I've only had 1 client travel since using Travefy. The only comment I have is how flights are listed. In the travel industry each leg of a flight itinerary is broken down by each leg of a trip, not by one leg being the departure time and another being the arrival time. For example, a flight from Ft. Lauderdale to Rome would be listed like this: 01 FEB Delta 111 Departs. Ft. Lauderdale 7:00 PM Arrives Atlanta 8:30 PM (Leg 1) 01 FEB Delta 222 Departs Atlanta 10:00 PM Arrives Rome 7:00 AM 02 FEB (Leg 2) With Travefy this is listed as 4 separate entries making the above itinerary look like: 01 FEB Delta 111 Departs Ft. Lauderdale 7:00 PM 01 FEB Delta 111 Arrives Atlanta 8:30 PM 01FEB Delta 222 Departs Atlanta 10:00 PM 02 FEB Delta 222 Arrives Rome 7:00 AM I feel this makes the itinerary too long and is confusing for the client as this is not the way they are used to seeing flight itineraries written. Other than that, I like everything I've seen so far. I like all of the information available and the ability to send quotes. I haven't been able to use the Quote feature yet but am looking forward to being able to. Very glad I switched to Travefy.”

“Travefy is a helpful tool for planning one or two trips a month. Sadly, its' capacity is limited for higher volume and custom trip planning as our agency requires. Support is only available through email or chat feature which becomes frustration with back and forth and much repetition rather than a quick live conversation to resolve the issue. Issues we experienced are the result of their integrations which are inconsistent and out of their control. Thus a lot of communication with no resolution. However, the Viator integration has never failed and the reason for the favorable three stars. Congratulations on your alignment with a solid partner in Viator!!!”
