“I needed an urgent business travel visa for an unexpectedly arranged meeting in Beijing. The usual application process would not be completed in time, so I needed a faster alternative. I called them briefly to confirm a small detail on the procedure for sending and returning the application, which was handled very efficiently. The whole process went through very smoothly indeed. I received my passport (complete with shiny new visa) slightly ahead of the schedule which was great. I was informed via email as soon as the visa was granted and received my passport back at 9:00am the next morning.”

“My experience of getting my chinese viza via travel direct was very good. I contacted them several times about questions on the application form and my queries were always dealt with efficiently. I either got an answer straight away or was rang back by a person dealing with chinese vizas within a very short length of time. The vizas were stamped on our passports and they arrived well within the stated time period. I would certainly recommend them and will use them again if the need arises.”
