It is the worst company,Frauds, scams,please don’t book with that company,they are crooks, they charge you a lot.if a flight is canceled they don’t even let you know and then they charge you again to rebook, They don’t deserve any Stars.Their is to much to write.please don’t go to them with personal experience that I am saying that.Never trust them Hope so that they close down.

This is total scammed. I booked round trip ticket from travel junction/click2book.us then after an hr got an email to call them back. Then when i call them, they(Leo) asking for more money to confirm that ticket. When i asked for refund they said they will charge $300 cancellation fee which is insane they put us on trap. They are rip-off playing with other money and time. What they think they are they cannot make easy money. This is fraud. I filed an complaint about this agency in US Department of transportation. Waiting for them to act proper lawsuit for this fraudulent agent.

Do not use this travel agent, they do not refund for cancelled flights due to Covid 19. Dishonest unprofessional.

I need some proper help, My Experience with TravelJunction has been an absolute disaster; It has been two months of constant calling, extreme rudeness over the phone, just today I got the phone hung up to me. I bought a ticket, which then I had to cancel due to the pandemic. When I tried to cancel it with them, they said no you can't do that, but you call the airline and cancel it. The Airline ( Lufthansa) kindly cancelled the flight and process to make the refund. After calling over and many emails later, many of them never got a response, the agent (Daisy Wilson | Sr. Travel Consultant) asked me again to do her job and get a refund receipt. Once again, I was the middle person between the airline and the travel agency. Finally, I receive the receipt send back to daisy which she does not bother to respond therefore I call again, and now the new excuse is that the airline is lying and that they have not received the refund until they do they won't give me my money back. Today on the phone I ask to please put me through a supervisor and she answers that she has no supervisor and that she can't give me a name then see decided that she will hang up on me. I am merely asking more kindness professionalism and to get the money back from a flight that I never took.

The fact that trust pilot gives you a notification to advise you that they have detected fake reviews says it all!! It is more than obvious that the positive reviews given are those given by Employee’s to boost the reputation on the business. This company is by far the worst travel company I have EVER used. Our flights were cancelled due to COVID and we were offered a refund in August and advised that this could take 6-8 weeks (understandable) When I contacted Travel Junction at the the end of October having waited 10 weeks we were advised that the refund had been processed and would be in our bank account 3-4 business days later - having waited 6 business days and still no refund I proceeded to start chasing “Eliza” I sent 7 emails over the course of 5 days with no response and whenever I rang the company they advised they would call back and my call was never returned... I began suspecting something wasn’t right and started reading online reviews realising that many people had also been promised refunds that never came!! By this point we were panicking - after many phone calls which were never returned I requested to the manager of the company, I spoke to a man who advised he was the manager and his name was “Joseph” - he advised that there was a technical error on there end and the refund wasn’t processed the first time but he had now rectified this and issued our refund - which again would take 3-4 business days - this was on 11th November - at the time of the second refund we asked for Joseph to confirm the details of the bank account they had refunded our money to, to ensure that they had actually refunded our money and to give us piece of mind however they couldn’t - they would only advise that it “was the same card we paid with” but would not confirm any details. Again, at this point we had no choice but to wait the expected timeframe - we phoned back after 4 business days and were told that the money was sent and our bank was holding it! After checking with NatWest (A WELL KNOWN/RESPECTED MULTI BILLION POUND UK BANK) NatWest advised that they were not holding any refunds and there were no refunds waiting to be cleared from Travel Junction. We then phoned Eliza back to advise this and asked once again to confirm the bank details they issued the refund to, Travel Junction again refused to provide this information, they asked whether we had a new bank card since the original booking was made - we said this could be the case but was confused as we had made payments to them with the new card since - Eliza advised that the refund was probably not processed because the card was no longer valid. We phoned NatWest back who confirmed that the refund would still be processed as they issue refunds to the BANK ACCOUNT rather than the BANK CARD, they again confirmed that there were no pending refunds! We phoned back Eliza AGAIN and she advised that they didn’t have the money and our bank was holding it - we then told Eliza we had confirmed with NatWest and also told her that NatWest advised us to raise a chargeback with Travel Junction if they weren’t willing to return our money. Eliza/Joseph at this point had given us written and verbal consent that we were entitled to our refund and they had issued this. We spoke to Eliza and asked what we needed to do in order to get our refund? She then (very childishly, started repeatedly saying “we have issued your refund we have issued your refund” over and over again - we then said that if they were not willing to sort this then we would be issuing a chargeback through our bank - Eliza advised that they had a “big legal team” at Travel Junction and if we did that then we would lose further money?!!! (This conversation was recorded on our my phone) Can you believe this?? This was 5 days ago and we haven’t spoken to travel junction since as we realise it will never get us anywhere and they never had no real intentions of returning our money. We are now allowing our bank to investigate this as a chargeback and have been promised a resolution. They have just under £1700 of our money!! Do not use this company if you do not wish to be scammed. Disgusting.

Stay away from these scamming bastards. You won't get your tickets and won't get a refund. They use English names to pretend they are English but they sound Indian. They also trade under travel-perfomance and flights and holidays Uk. Let's expose them everywhere.

SCAM!!! BEWARE!!! Liars! Rude crooks! Never ever book anything with them! They take your information, take money, then change the price retroactively and do not refund. There is no actual booking done if you contact airlines directly. DO NOT give them credit card info.

Avoid this scam of an agency at all costs. My flight to West Africa via Morocco was cancelled in December 2021 due to national travel restrictions. This agency refused to refund me nearly £600 despite the airline confirming that they had already returned my money to the agent. They then claimed that they would deduct a £75 miscellaneous admin fee from my refund that I'd have to wait 12 months to return my monies. They eventually stopped responding to me. when I sought an update on my refund. I saved all my prior telephone notes and email correspondence with them. Thankfully I booked via credit card and claimed my money back via chargeback request. Travel Junction still attempted to dispute the refund with my bank before the matter was settled in March. Honestly, I would never book with them again. The call handlers all gave me conflicting information (Nick Johnson and Oscar Bucher); the office is based in India and consultants use aliases. Nothing short of poor customer service and transparency. The business is clearly struggling to keep afloat at all means necessary even to the detriment of their customers.

Their site makes it appear like you are booking with them, but the “price” you’re agreeing to will change. In my case it was raised by $160 and when I would just book with someone else I was informed that it was a $160 fee for canceling. Apparently it was buried somewhere in a 20 page terms of agreement. This business is a scam, that I hope no one else is unfortunate enough to use.

Pity there isn't a 0 star review! Total con merchant! I'm taking them to court to recover my money. Enough of their bull. They could have got me a refund from the airline had they done as instructed, instead toeing the same line "they only offer credit notes" which was a blatant lie as the airline website said contact your travel agent for a refund. Called the airline and they said the same. I'm angry and wish I'd never heard of them! DON'T USE THEM, NO MATTER HOW CHEAP THE FLIGHTS ARE!!!

I had booked a connecting flight to New York, but soon I learnt that my business trip is cut short for time being and rescheduled by the partner. This situation had put me in an ultimate tantrum because the point was that I would lose money on flight ticket. It is not going to be reimbursed by my partner anyway. I reconnected agents at travelJunction.co.uk, and asked them if they could arrange a cancellation and refund me the money. And you know what; these guys started the cancellation process immediately. All they asked from me were the basic details. Rest of the things went smooth. 80% of my ticket money was refunded within 48 hours. I am thankful to you guys. Will reach out to you soon after receiving a green signal from my partner. Rest is all fine. Thanks!

My trip to the UK was amazing, and well planned. It’s not that I have visited UK for the first time. There had been previous occasions where my trip to the UK was extremely bad. Travel agents, and I could easily say, they were the sharks, who ran away with my money and disappeared. This time it was again one more online travel agent – TravelJunction. I was benefitted by their advice, and the services. Their executives spent a lot of time and worked hard to save my money on flight tickets. From my heart I am thankful to the ground staff who worked extraordinarily out of their way to make my trip successful and going. Plus I saved money on the ticket deals too! Thanks and great job everyone!

Scammers! I had terrible experience with this company. I can’t believe that after all these cheating, this company still exists and continue to defraud people. They post cheaper price online, but later force people to pay more. We can’t let them continue to break our trust and mess up our integrity! They are shameless!

Beware! I purchased a ticket from AZ to NC for July this year, so that my son can be with me for my cancer treatments. I received an email with a reference #, itinerary outline and charges immediately pending from my bank account within 3min of transaction. 2 hrs later I get a call from an Amber with this agency, stating I would have to pay her $150.00 more in order to secure this flight. I could not believe this request. When I became extremely upset, by raising my voice stating you want me to do what and are you kidding me? Amber turned the tables on me, the customer. Stating she would do me a favor and cancel this trip, if I didn’t pay the extra money immediately. I need my son with me for treatments and now my money is pending from my account, which will take additional days to go back into my account and delay any further searching for me to find another ticket. I’m on medical leave with a fixed budget now. Again, this was crazy. When, I said why did I received an email with ref# and itinerary, this sound fraudulent and not right to do this! She got upset and became loud with me! I couldn’t get a word in. She kept telling me she was doing me a favor and how dare I say, this was a Scam, when she was HELPING me! WTH! When I finally had to yell out I need an email confirmation for cancellation of this transaction, she said she could NOT provide one and than began to talk to me in a very unprofessional manner and eventually “SHE” hanged up on me several times. I kept calling trying to get someone else to send me email with cancellation of my pending payment and transaction. Somehow she was the only one working there and claimed to me a supervisor. DO NOT USE! BEWARE! Had to call my bank fraudulent department about this concerning encounter with Travel-junction supervisor Amber on April 24th at 151pm ET.
