I am very happy with travel Trolley customer services. Its an easily accessible site. And very easy to use. I could book my tickets in an affordable price. I will suggest travel Trolley to my friends as well.

Very good customer service. The ticket was sent to my email within the 48hrs as advised while buying it. There were no extra charges. Would use them again.

Please l bought a ticket through Travel Trolley to travel to Nigeria from London return but because of COVID 19 my return to London is cancelled please l want to rebook the return journey suppose to be March 30 As l am. Do not use this company they are based in New Delhi and are not interested in offering any assistance after you have booked with them!! After many phone calls to them they even rang us back posing as a manager! There is no aftersales service at all, so beware and do not book with them

GDPR was broken. I was sent someone else's information. Also the card I used to pay was used by someone fraudulently from their website as was my sister's card at the same time. We had both bought tickets from Travel Trolley only to have our cards used for fraudulent transactions near the head office address of this company. Service also differs for each person despite the same issue. I wouldn't use this no matter how cheap their tickets seem to be as they also used my payment card fraudulently. You have been warned.

I don't understand how this travel agent are allowed to charge ridiculous fees to customers for simple mistakes and not be considerate in the first instance. People are struggling as it is and it's not right for travel agents to mark up fees like that after being initially helpful. Bascally i booked with this agent and there was a misspelling mistake with two name. Changing christain to christian and removing a leyyer from the other name. I was charged £100 which is unacceptable the airline themselves said is unacceptable and they would have done it for £10 as theydo have a charge which I can accept. I was told to make a complain as it's not fair. The travel trolley claim that they are not over charging. There should be a law about agencies doing this. Secondly it's not like I got a deal on my flight as it was the same price with airline. Even cancelling a flight was non refundable with travel trolley but is with the airline. I will not recommend travel trolley and will never use any thing affiliated with travel trolley..

poor service and delay in refunds up to 5 weeks. I booked my flight through them and two months later I got a phone call to say that my flight has been changed. I was then given the option to cancel or accept the amendments. I asked to cancel my booking to be told that I have to wait for my money for 4 to 5 weeks to be refunded. in the mean time I had to book another flight through someone more reliable so I'm out of pocket by over £600 that now I have to wait for it to be refunded. very poor customer service where you have to chase after them and threaten that you will dispute the payment with your card provider before they start taking action.

I booked a return ticket to Sri Lanka and as a frequent traveller who flies several dozen times a year took it for granted what i booked was what i got. The outbound trip went smoothly but on the inbound when i came to check in I was told my ticket was for the same date but a month later and that i cannot fly. Called travel trolley and they were as useful as a chocolate teapot and trying to sell me another ticket for extortionate prices. The strange thing was there was another passenger who had the same issue and guess what he too booked on Travel trolley website. This is not a co-incidence and i believe it was glitch on their website which jumped a month when booking. If you can help it do not use their website as I am convinced there is a problem. I am not new to web bookings and book around 20 trips a year online but never had such an issue. Will never use Travel trolley again!

I did booked my flight with travel trolley and expecting that within 48 hrs I received my email ticket via my email that I have had given during my booking..if I haven't rang them for twice already I wouldn't have received it if I waited for them to email me..was so disappointed and gutted thinking the price as well have come down after I booked my flight..would not recommend this site after this and never booked with them again..a one very unhappy customer!!!!!?

Never book flights with travel con lolly Took all money for the flights Then said there was a problem with the payment. Paid again with a promise of a refund in 7 to 14 days No refund. Still waiting only to be told I used my airline tickets. Which I do know. Id like to know why I've been charged twice Will never use travel trolley again. To stressed. Much easier to book through booking.com

There is a reason that your tickets are cheap! This company can’t deliver. They take your money out of your account as soon as you have booked. Two minutes later, they call to say, sorry, no longer available. We will refund you in SEVEN days!! What a great scam! All the bookings they get in one day! Will go into a bank account earning 4.6% interest. Great scam. You try and report it……your bank will tell you wait for two weeks and come back to us!! Easy money. DO NOT BOOK THROUGH THIS COMPANY UNLESS YOU HAVE LOTS OF MONEY,and can afford to send even more money, to book your vacation.

I made my booking on line with full information name etc When receiving the confirmation and e-ticket I could not access direct to virgin. I made many calls and all that was said was to cancel my ticket which meant I would lose one third of the price I then called virgin direct, and they told this company it was there error not mine and they should simply correct the name They did do this but charged me a extra £30 and if I didn’t pay then that moment they would change it back. All I can say the upset they caused me was unbelievable. I paid ,but with the intention of warning other people not to use this company. Bastards

Never, Never book from travel trolley. Travellers be aware. They cheat passengers. We purchased tickets from Justin in travel trolley, paid extra for permitted free change of travel dates, inbound and outbound. When we actually tried to change the dates we realised that our tkts did not have that options. We wrote to travel trolley, they didn't bother to respond, ignored our emails. Spoke to rodriguez and farhad, who was rude and non cooperative on the phone. They were not interested or cared to give the service once they got the money. Worst is, Airline Vistara also confirmed that our ticket had no option of one free change of travel dates. It leaves us with a very bad experience.

I booked three tickets with travel trolly, one name was wrong on tickets I ring and tell them to change my name it’s spelt wrong they cancel the ticket and booked another ticket very expensive and still I am waiting my cancel one ticket refund they promise me to refund it no one answer my mails. Very poor service and purposely they spelt my name wrong never trust these people :((

Took my money, I booked flights two months in advance late on a Friday from London to jfk for 1200, due to unforced circumstances the following Tuesday so three days later I needed to cancel, was told o would get nothing back, I call back again I’m then offered £300, which is disgusting I’m told to speak to BA as they are the only ones who can refund, I sit on phone and BA say no it’s fine for cancellation but needs to come from agent, called travel trolly again, now they say okay we can change flights but only to same country, america ha ha I aak for a coupon or flights in Europe and I’m told no can do! Times are hard, for everyone and I would understand if the flights was 1 2 weeks or even a month, but there was 60 days and they done nothing to help, the people on the phone couldn’t care, I will never ever use this company again nor will my friends or family, absolutely no compassion or understanding

Extremely rude travel agent I called… Extremely rude travel agent I called twice in last four days and both time dealt with very rude and unprofessional sales agent. First time Rahul kumar and second time it was munit I believe. Tone of their vice so dull and unwilling to help. Travel agent said to me because things not going in your way that’s why you are not happy. I am going to report to travel ombudsman services. I don’t think they are fit to operate in uk they think they are in Indian and can treat people the way they would like to. So disappointed by their service. Please don’t bother booking with traveltrolly at all. I asked them to put your manager on call they travel agent said if you are willing to wait 1,30 minutes you can talk to him first he said manager don’t deal with issues like this regardless if you want to talk or not.
