Very poor customer service. I have been told by the flight operator the money has been refunded to the agent yet Travel Trolley claim it hasn’t. They won’t let me speak to a manger when asked to do so - they say the manager is too important to speak to me... not being funny I am a nurse pity I wasn’t too busy to help people out during covid pandemic!!!!

Awful, wasn't informed flight cancelled, and they refuse to give me written confirmation still!! Been told 2 different replies, I can have a refund if I let them keep £200 even though it's no fault of mine and I didn't cancel, or, it's not down to them as an agent, the airline needs to refund me, which BA assure me that is incorrect information I am being given!!!!

Absolutely awful company - refusing to refund £1200 of my hard earned money. Conflicting advice provided on several occasions, weeks and weeks of chasing to be finally offered a refund only for it never to arrive! Do not waste your money by using this company.

Absolutely shocking service DO NOT USE!!!!! they are criminal!!! take your money.....then take more money when you have to change flights due to the COVID 19 situation.....Still cant fly due to government restrictions and they are still arguing that I am not entitled to a cash refund....Breaking the law!!! 1.It is illegal to fly internationally until after 17.5.2021! and then it will be subject to a traffic light system! 2.KLM the airline are just as bad! Intentionally NOT canceling flights which stops any one getting a cash refund! 3.Abta and Atol are now investigating the scurillous behaviour of this travel agent and KLM.....DO NOT BOOK WITH THEM!! This has been ongoing for several months and they will pass the buck and blame each other ... AND THE RUDE ATTITUDE FROM THEIR STAFF IS DISGUSTING....High pitched aggressive techniques to make you back down and take a voucher.....I dont want a voucher I want my hard earned money refunded back to me! ( which as been in their account since December 2020!!!! ) If Travel Trolley are reading this Take action and resolve peoples issues in a courteous and timely manner!!! The answers below can not be fully completed as I am still waiting on my refund!

Was unable to fly from UK to Perth with Emirates at the end of March to visit my 2 sons because of the covid situation. I have been in touch with Travel Trolley a couple of times and was surprised after reading all the negative reviews/stories, as my experience was good. The customer advisers were friendly, helpful and efficient,but also explained that the high demand for refunds may result in some delay I had been feeling very twitchy that I may lose the ticket price of £1650 However Travel Trolley contacted ME to tell me that they had now received the refund from Emirates and could now process my refund request. A Full Refund was in my account the next day ... Happy Days ! Thanks Travel Trolley

Utterly dishonest in their handling of the corona crisis. Contacted them weeks in advance of cancelled flight. Was first informed the airline wasn't offering refunds, then that it was but I had to pay an admin fee or contact the airline directly. Then airline tells me they *are* offering cash refund but I have to contact Travel Trolley. Travel Trolley then tells me the airline is not offering refunds and I should accept a voucher. I asked for this in writing and they refuse, apparently they're too busy. Two months after first contacting them, weeks after the flight was cancelled... still no sign of the money. They told me it's a hard time for the industry... but it's a hard time for EVERYONE. Like most of the country, my income has dried up - I'm not sure why they think I should take pity on multi-national corporations owned by millionaires? Not every travel company is behaving this way. I hope the public will remember who took advantage of us in our time of need. Scammers. Avoid.

I tried for 2 weeks to contact them but the phone line would just go dead after the recorded message. Don't bother trying to talk to them, it's not worth your time and effort because it'll take you months and you almost certainly won't get a refund. If you purchased flights only, contact your bank or your credit card provider and request a chargeback. To obtain a successful chargeback you will be required to provide them with evidence that you haven't received what you purchased so you'll need to send them copies of your correspondence with TT and confirmation from the airline that your flights were cancelled. They'll send you a form asking you to confirm why you believe a chargeback is necessary. I chose the reason that I didn't get what I paid for. If you booked accommodation as well as tickets with TT then this is treated as a package holiday and provides you with more protection and you could request a s.75 refund. A s.75 refund means that the credit card company is also liable for refunding your money in the event that something goes wrong. I tried a s.75 which was unsuccessful because I only purchased flights. However, I was successful with a chargeback. I strongly doubt this company will survive for much longer so make your request sooner rather than later.

Same as everybody else here, illegally trying to charge a ‘commission’ as they state that if you ask for a refund, they will consider that you have cancelled and not the airline. A bunch of crooks. Let’s start a joint legal action against them?

WORST ONLINE TRAVEL AGENCY - BEWARE They will hold your money at ransom. They will not refund you or if they do they will charge you an admin fee, which is not specified in T&Cs. The a rude, arrogant and operating illegally. All all costs DO NOT PURCHASE FLIGHTS THROUGH TRAVEL TROLLEY OR PARTNERING BUSINESSES IE SOUTHALL

Would give a zero rating if possible. Full of lies and excuses. Ignoring emails and insist that correspondence be made via telephone so that their customers have no written evidence of what they're saying. Customers who are legally entitled to refunds are being told that they have to pay a £75 per person 'admin fee'. What they are doing is illegal and hopefully they get what is coming to them. Profiting on customers loss and suffering during what is already a difficult time for all. Shame on you! You can't stop us Travel Trolley. We will continue until we get what we are due

Totally unacceptable and rude customer service team giving inconsistent and incorrect information via emails and calls that go round in a loop. Failure to support customers with cancelled flights at a time when they are most needed..and demands to pay large fees to get your refunds is not acceptable..afterall if you take money from people for a service you have to take responsibility for this....when it goes wrong!!!

Don’t book with this company. They are trying to charge me £75 fee to refund my flight with Singapore Airlines. First of all they said it was an airline fee but when I showed them proof all cancellation fees have been waived by the airline they said it was their admin fee. Now they have changed their t&cs but I have the original ones I booked under. Don’t book with an agent. Go straight to airline!

Travel trolley definitely provides a good ticket price through travel trolley, but, I am totally dissatisfied with their service thereafter. Due to Coronavirus outbreak, I had to cancel my trip, as I did not want to take a risk with my 2 small kids, being infected and travelling to India. I had booked my tickets in February. Since, Indian advisory had advised not to travel, we contacted them, but, they were not ready to refund or reschedule the tickets without charges. The primary carried Etihad Airways had offered free change of date, but, Travel Trolley was charging an outstanding ticket fare difference for the changed date, along with an additional charge of change of date fee, altogether which they quoted to be 755 Pounds. Now, I am planning to sue them on Consumer rights charges. There is no other way, they would learn a lesson! On this review, if I did not get a refund or a solution to my problem, how will I rate it?

Thanks for making me cry. Your call operator showed no empathy at all and was reprimanding me over the phone. This is the last time I would book with travel trolley.

Same situation as others in this forum ... booked ticket through this company to travel to India first week April now it’s not possible due visa ban. Gulf air says we should get full refund or another date but travel trolley don’t want to do anything.

I have booked ticket to go to india in April after the news that india banning all tourist from 13th March to 15th April, I called several times and asked the option What we have and every time different people picked up the call and said different things, asking me to pay for change of date which is not true, clearly the airline website mentioned that if you have booked tickets By travel agent call your travel agent, they will refund money or change the date in free, and they have asked me to pay for it double amount, Never use this agent for booking any tickets, All scam, hope your company go to hell but definitely I will take you to the court if you still charging any single penny, Wait and watch

They told me I'd receive a full refund for my flight to Japan. It was cancelled due to the coronavirus. They said it'd take 4 weeks to get my money back. I'm on week 5 and still nothing, they're advising me to call back in another 2 weeks. Meanwhile I'm massively out of pocket.

We had a very bad experience with travel trolley. We booked our flights last year and unable to travel on selected dates due to the passport renewal issue of my son. Our bad luck started when a customer service agent Diya from travel trolley changed our flights tickets into the voucher.......As she told us company deduct 250£ per ticket if we cancel the tickets. When we tried to booked tickets after 4 months with the same customer service agent first she refused to share the vouchers codes very rudely with a statement you have no option to booked with travel trolley again . The original price of tickets shown on british airways Website was 2790 for all travellers which we confirmed multiple time. we already paid 2472 . The travel agent diya asked for 894£ paid by my husband and she confirmed tickets are booked for all travellers. We already known we spend more then original price of tickets. After 1 hour we received a call asking for 450 £ more to confirmed the tickets . After a huge fights with most of customer services agents we realised that we are already trapped very badly and no option now to pay the rest of the money demanding by the agent. We learnt a life time lesson thanks to travel trolley and especially their customer service team for it . If u love your self and your money never used third party websites. Spend little more on official websites for buy tickets as its secure. Regards. Maha

Wife's original return booked from isb was cancelled. Asked agent for assistance but zero help was given . Had to pay another local agent for assistance and return journey. Awful service

RUDE STAFF, Covid test didnt come back as negative, they refused to change my ticket and was left with no option but to contact the airline themselves. One of the worst companies ive ever dealt with
