“Had an issue with the online service so rang the company - was directed to the correct team and serviced by Sameer Akhtar. I must say he understood all my requirements and we checked that no double booking was done and then made a person to person booking and was happy with the service received. Sameer was very knolagable and addressed all my issues and questions and we booked my flights. Fantastic service and happy to talk to a human at the end of phone .... will use the service as its local to be in the UK Thank you Sameer”

“I had to cancel my travel plans due to some reasons that I could not avoid. Milo Grey from TravelUp team explained the different options - whether I can go for cancellation OR whether I can go for postponement and the cost implications. He has a GREAT PATIENCE to listen to my questions and provide answers. Thank you Milo ! Appreciate it. He initiated the cancellation process, I will wait for the cancellation to complete and refund to reflect.”
