NO STARS!!!! Travelup are nothing short of scammers! Do not use them! Read any of the reviews being posted and you will see that they both keep refunded money and also if you get flights cheaply will then start to up the costs until you are worse of. If anything should go wrong like it is now with Covid-19 and you have a cancelled holiday, you will either not get a refund at all, or just a tiny proportion of it to shut you up… all of this will take months and months. You will see if you go on any review sites – particularly at the moment as holidays are being cancelled – no one is picking up the phone, they cut you off, they steal your refund from you! The best thing to come out of the coronavirus crisis is that these scammers go bankrupt!!! YOU HAVE BEEN WARNED!

Fleming in C/S is useless, with the ban on flights to Czech Republic as they are in a 30 day state of emergency where nobody is allowed in to their country he's out here telling me my flight is still on in two days, whilst others on same flight have had full refunds from the airline, these guys are out of touch with reality and are useless at sympathising or understanding their customers.

judging by most other reviews and my experience with travelup, i wouldnt be surprised if they'd written the few good reviews themselves. absolute scammers, unresponsive or evasive at best, they're currently pocketing up to £250 of mine. never again

Worst customer service ever! Do not ever book with this travel agent. I wanted to request for flight change to a later date but the phone line was kept engaged the whole day. I even tried to call first thing at 9.00 am when they open but the was still busy They are doing this on purpose - having their lines engaged as they are refusing to entertain any changes to flight bookings due to the Covid-19 virus situation! I will be complaining to ATOL and ABTA about this extremely irresponsible and unreliable travel company!

The airline Royal Air Maroc cancelled my flight due to covid 19 . I booked through Travel Up .They are keeping £60 as an admin fee and quoting 8 weeks to process a refund .What admin costs do they have processing a refund ? £5 max but they are choosing to rob customers .Avoid these scam artists

Dreadful rude , evasive, dismissive, billegerent have not replied to my email for 8 days for word of my refund from Saudi airlines who have stopped all foreign travel and international flights for Mecca Yet they have made provisions for full refund and there is an international waiver in place But these rippoff merchants want to return me £1450 out of nearly £6000 Don't believe t the fake reviews And good luck with the Indian call center 2 Hours on the phone for zero help

I see that many others have had the same experience with this company. I booked a 6-night hotel stay through them at the Wyndham New Orleans hotel for our annual trip to New Orleans for French Quarter Fest. I paid for the six nights in full. Well, through no fault of mine, French Quarter Fest has been postponed until October. I was aware of their "no refund" policy, but frankly, I think it should mean something that we are in the midst of a worldwide pandemic and an officially declared national emergency, and it is neither safe nor advisable to travel - and now there is no festival to travel to anyway. And all of this is beyond human control, but this company will not budge despite the extraordinary and unanticipated circumstances. They certainly are cashing in on this crisis as they are pocketing thousands of dollars without providing a bit of service. This is a horrible, horrible company. DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THEM unless you like being ripped off.

Horrible customer services. Sent three email inquiries a cancellation due to coronavirus no response in two weeks. Called them waiting 30min on hold, no pickup. Left my number - no callback.

Travel up, charging £255 pp to change flight dates. Given the current Corona virus Pandemic they are 'cashing in' and taking advantage. Virgin, Emirates BA to name a few airlines are allowing passengers to do this free of charge. This horrendous company are doing the complete opposite of all other companies and showing no compassion to the general public and have a poor attitude to health and safety. It is fair to say I totally regret booking with them. Lesson learned too late, will book flights direct in future.

I booked a prepaid hotel in Miami, Florida for $300 USD. Then the Coronavirus hit and now President Trump suspended all flights from Czech Republic to the US, so I cannot enter the country. I emailed and called Travelup and they said, "your room rate was non-refundable and non-changeable. So, I;m out $300 USD for something I had no control over. Technically they are right. But what about some understanding and/or empathy for the worst crisis to hit the planet in decades. Instead Travelup will make a ton of money of people having to cancel their trips. What's worse is that the Hotel was willing to refund my money, but Travelup won't cooperate. I cannot believe that Trip Advisory is allowing them to list on their website!

Worst travel company I have ever used. Worst travel company I have ever used. Emailed them several times to be told if I cancel my flight due to corona virus I will only get £11-£20 back in airport taxes. What a load of Boll@&% I have just checked on British Airways site and they are giving a free change of dates. But Travel up are saying this is only on New flights. So if you book your flight today to Italy you can change it..... If you booked it a month ago or longer then Travel up are saying you cannot. I am waiting back from BA to see if I can change or receive a voucher direct from them. I WILL NEVER EVER USE TRAVEL UP AGAIN

I'd leave no stars if I could. Just spent £368 on a new flight due to their error of not outlining the airline's policy plus over an hour on the phone trying to get a new flight. More time spent today trying to rectify. Very rude unhelpful man on the phone. Absolutely awful customer service.

Don't trust positive reviews. They honestly look fake and after my experience with them I can't imagine them being rated well for their NON EXISTING customer service. After numerous emails and calls with our flight around the corner we still don't have an answer or solution to our visa issue related to the coronavirus outbreak. Trying to charge us £400 each to change flight dates when the original flight was £480. Not impressed.

Having spent 2 hours and 3 minutes on the phone to TravelUp after my flight was cancelled, they did not complete the refund for processing and I had to call back again. I now have to wait 6-7 weeks for a refund. I’ll book direct with the airline in future.

i had an issue with a cancelled flight, that I had booked with travel up. I rang them, and after a fairly long wait, which was expected, my call was answered by a customer service man, named FLEMING, and he was so understanding, and helpful, I was totally shocked, and pleasantly surprised!---he sorted my problem, and put my mind at rest.--thank you, sir.--michael.
