“Hey Travel Up! You keep telling me to email your admin team, guess what? They don’t reply! 8 weeks ago your site crashed, I never got my tickets yet I was charged! No reply from anyone regarding IT error, only short statement tickets are non-refundable. You can’t charge for what I have not received! Bad, if not illegal service! Call me back or answer my emails!!! Do not dare to refer me back to your admin team, I’ve emailed them about 12 times in the past 8 weeks and still no reply!”

“I book a flight Last december from heathrow to manila, my transit is in hongkong, unfortunately the travel ban from philippines to hongkong viseversa ha been strictly implemented. So i need to rebook my ticket at first they wont able to do it as the airlines policy but sofia is a big help on me updating me always about my concern. “BA cancelled my flight and changed it till the following day Accommodation all booked and paid for. Your staff especially Fleming Greyson got on the case and had me on a different flight so i did not miss a days holiday

“Worst ever. Booked my flight, have received my e-ticket and after 8 days they sent me an email just saying to ignore my e-ticket because it wasn’t valid. Called customer service to understand what happened and if they could help me by replacing with other flight and they said they couldn’t do anything at all, not even gave me a different option for flight, just saying they had problems in reserving the tickets, when they had took straight away money from my account. Worst service ever!!! Don’t book with them our most probably you’ll have your holidays ruined!!!”

E ticket i received for Virgin Atlantic did not mention i had to pre book seats as there are two passengers. Upon speaking to Virgin Atlantic, there were no seats together. I got passed around with no help whatsoever.
My advice is do not use this company at all.”
“Whilst Fleming Grayson was very helpful in rearranging our cancelled flights it took 6 emails several phonecalls with at least two hours holding and three tweets which were all ignored. It seems odd that a company of this size has only one person dealing with rearranging cancelled or changed flight schedules. I guess it usually works ok but the impact China is having means you may have an unusual wait on your hands trying to get resolutions!”
“I travel frequently and have used many travel agencies. However Travelup have provided me with a first class service. Due to a problem I had to cancel my flights. Flemming Grayson responded to the issue by keeping me informed and arranging a refund for my flights. Great customer service. I will definitely use Travelup again.”

I have been trying to contact Travel up on phone as no response to my e mail.
Kept on hold on for 30 minutes on each occasion and telephone numbers are premium numbers....after all that monetary loss on phone have had no luck contacting the person as he sees always busy and promises to ring back. God only knows if I will ever get a refund.

“Fleming Greyson was very helpful and sorted out my booking which had somehow been deleted from the carrier's system. However, the remainder of the customer service wasn't good - long queues to reach a customer service person who then cut me off. Were it not for Fleming I would be very unhappy about the service.”
“Travel up contacted me to let me know that there had been a change in one of my flight schedules. They asked me to contact them to confirm my acceptance which I thought was handy and quite convenient. Once I emailed back to accept thus change they emailed back with confirmation of the flight times and got back to me very quick. Janki was the customer service rep who contacted me.”
